Your Responsibilities Will Include…

- Ensuring all relevant guest information is accurately recorded and updated in our internal systems.
- Supporting Front Office operations as needed, always providing warm, elegant, and professional service.
- Staying informed about resort services, activities, promotions and local attractions to enhance each guest’s stay.
- A natural communicator who makes every guest feel valued and unique.
- Ideally, previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or premium customer service.
- Strong ability to connect, listen and find solutions, even in challenging situations.
- A genuine team player who brings positive energy to the workplace.
- Confident communication in both English and Spanish; German or additional languages will be a strong advantage.
- You hold a valid work permit for Spain.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive, responsible individual with great attention to detail, passionate about supporting the housekeeping operations and ensuring that all areas of the resort remain impeccable—from the lobby and hallways to outdoor spaces and public facilities.
If you enjoy working in an elegant environment, are motivated by visual perfection, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained atmosphere for our guests, we want you on our team!
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Act as a liaison between the Housekeeping team and other resort areas, ensuring the quick and efficient delivery of materials, amenities, and supplies.
- Transport clean linen, requested items, and equipment to guest rooms and assigned areas.
- Assist in restocking carts and workstations so the team has everything they need.
- Respond promptly to special requests from guests or team members, maintaining discretion and The Ritz-Carlton service standards.
- Report any issues or needs identified during your shift.
- Comply with safety and risk prevention standards, as well as the resort’s sustainability policies.
- Previous experience in public area cleaning or operational support (preferably in hotels or resorts).
- Strong sense of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to quality.
- Good physical condition to perform continuous movement and transport tasks.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic level of English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
- Valid work permit for Spain.

- Experiencia llevando cuentas de al menos 3 años.
- Disfrutar de tu trabajo.
- Proactividad y trabajo en equipo.
- Titulación superior, valorable Erasmus.
- Inglés muy alto escrito y hablado.
- Carnet de conducir.
