- What will you do?
- Administrative and accounting management of different projects.
- Invoicing: Monitoring and accounting of invoices.
- Accounting and expense control: Recording invoices and purchases, bank reconciliations, and corporate card oversight.
- Tax compliance: Submission of the SII (Immediate Supply of VAT Information) and collaboration in the preparation of periodic tax returns.
- Document management: Organization and digital filing of all accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
- International support:
- USA: Management of collections and payments.
- Canada: Gathering accounting reports, tracking deductible expenses, and coordinating tax documentation with external advisors.
- What are we looking for?
Requirements
- Education in Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Previous experience in accounting or financial management tasks.
- Experience submitting the SII (Immediate Supply of VAT Information).
- Proficiency with office tools and accounting software.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in international environments or companies with multiple legal entities.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar tools.
- Understanding of Spanish taxation.
- Interest in the sports sector and teamwork.

Funciones principales:
- Apoyo administrativo y operativo al equipo de RRHH
- Control y archivo de documentación laboral.
- Apoyo en la preparación de reportes e indicadores del area.
- Dar soporte en procesos de incorporación, inducción y salida de empleados.
Requisitos:
- Formación en Administración, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en funciones similares, preferiblemente en entornos industriales.
- Conocimientos de legislación laboral básica y gestión documental.
- Manejo medio de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas.
- Valorable experiencia en sistemas de gestión de RRHH

About Us
Nordic RentAway Spain is a property and rental management company founded in **** by two Scandinavian entrepreneurs. Based in Alicante, we manage properties and investments in the Costa Blanca region, with an emphasis on quality service, innovation, and long-term partnerships. Our small international team is growth-oriented, collaborative, and modern in its approach to business operations.
We are now looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to strengthen our operational efficiency and support our management team.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role, located in the Valencia region, with flexibility for remote work. The position can be 20 hours/week (part-time) or 40 hours/week (full-time) depending on the candidate's profile and availability.
You will support daily administrative operations, financial reporting, property management logistics, and client communication. Familiarity with digital tools and AI-assisted workflows is considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office tasks
Communicate professionally with clients, owners, and service providers
Perform accounting-related tasks: invoicing, expense tracking, financial statements and reports
Assist with property management coordination and follow-ups
Support management with executive and operational tasks
Use digital tools and AI solutions to optimize workflows (e.g., document drafting, scheduling, data organization)
Required Skills & Profile
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools, etc.) is a plus
Experience with Google Suite, Adobe, or Apple iWork is valued
Excellent written and verbal communication
Languages
English – Full professional proficiency
Spanish – Full professional proficiency
Additional languages are an advantage
