Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager for a full-time role based in El Paraiso Estepona with some flexibility for remote work. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, maintain office plan tours and calling leads. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, managing schedules, providing administrative support, ensuring efficient communication within the team, and delivering high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Experience in managing office and ensuring efficient operations within the workplace.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to provide professional and empathetic support to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in Office Administration, including organizational skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling applications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaborativel.
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
