Tus principales funciones en el equipo:

🧭 Gestionar la estrategia de inbound marketing a través de HubSpot.

🛒 Coordinar y actualizar la tienda online junto a nuestros partners.

🌐 Gestionar nuestra web corporativa y el blog para consumidores.

📱 Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de redes sociales, trabajando de la mano con el equipo creativo y de contenidos.

🔍 Colaborar en la optimización SEO junto a nuestros partners.

🤝 Mantener relación con creadores de contenido, agencias y colaboradores externos.

✨ Detectar oportunidades para generar engagement y viralidad, definiendo los recursos más eficaces: imágenes, infografías, vídeos, guías, etc.

🤗 Trabajar estrechamente con el departamento comercial para dar vida a las terrazas y porches de nuestros clientes.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?:

💬 Una persona proactiva, creativa y con muchas ideas.

💻 Experiencia y dominio de HubSpot (imprescindible).

🛍️ Experiencia en gestión o creación de tiendas online.

🎓 Formación en Marketing, Publicidad o similar (valorada positivamente).

📈 Al menos 2 años de experiencia en marketing digital.

🎨 Conocimientos en diseño gráfico/web y optimización SEO (muy valorados).

🌎 Nivel de inglés fluido y disponibilidad para viajar.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Málaga Designer Outlet team. Based on-site at the centre, you’ll support the development and delivery of local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including creating engaging social media content and helping coordinate promotional events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their marketing expertise.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2026.

What you'll be doing...

In this role, you’ll support the Marketing team in delivering the annual marketing plan by helping coordinate key campaigns, creating and editing content for social media, the website and CRM, and producing platform‑specific assets for paid media channels such as Meta, TikTok and Google. You’ll assist with on‑site content shoots, update the website in multiple languages, prepare CRM newsletter content, liaise with tenants on digital activities, and support brand communication for promotions and seasonal campaigns across the centre.

To be successful you’ll bring...

• A strong interest in social media, digital trends and content creation.
• Basic skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Great attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics, especially in fashion, lifestyle, or design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field is desirable
