Plaza como coordinador/a de investigación clínica para incorporarse a la unidad de ensayos clínicos de la Fundació Sant Joan de Déu.

Funciones principales:

• Explicar los procedimientos de estudio a los participantes del ensayo
• Supervisar al paciente de ensayo y reportar los eventos adversos potenciales para el investigador
• Registro de los datos al cuaderno de recogida de datos, resolución de queries y monitorización
• Facilitar la comunicación dentro del equipo de investigación y las partes implicadas externas
• Coordinar las referencias a otros servicios implicados fuera del equipo de investigación
• Facilitar la programación y la coordinación de los procedimientos de estudio
• Coordinar las visitas del paciente según protocolo
• Facilitar las consultas de los participantes de investigación
• Cumplir con las buenas prácticas clínicas y las normas locales aplicables
• Proteger los datos de participantes de conformidad con los requisitos reglamentarios
• Participar en las visitas de seguimiento y auditorías / inspecciones
• Facilitar el procesamiento y manipulación (almacenamiento y transporte) de las muestras de investigación
• Supervisar los recursos y estudiar los materiales relacionados
• Coordinar las reuniones y actividades del equipo en el contexto del estudio
• Coordinar las actividades de investigación para minimizar los riesgos de los sujetos
• Facilitar el proceso de consentimiento informado y reclutamiento con el investigador

• Grado o Licenciatura Universitaria: Enfermería

• Conocimientos en el ámbito de la pediatría y de los ensayos clínicos

We are looking for a person to join the Research Management of International projects team. The mission of this team is to manage and ensure the correct execution of the entity’s research and innovation projects funded from European or international grants.

The person will be in charge of managing research and innovation projects mainly funded with competitive grants from the European Commission (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, EU4HEALTH among others). She/he will be responsible of budget planning, monitoring the implementation of projects and ensuring compliance with legal and funding body regulations.

The projects will be mainly in the field of Health, and led by the research groups of Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, located in Esplugues de Llobregat.

Job Description

• Work directly with the PI and with Funding Institution of the managed projects.
• Review and negotiation of Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement.
• Review and negotiation of other types of agreements, such as Third Party or Subcontract agreements, services agreements.
• Economic planning, monitoring and follow-up of international projects. Budget planning at group level, considering all international funded projects of PIs.
• Assuring adequate use of resources and expenses according to the funder regulations.
• Economic reporting and audit management.
• Assuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Liaison with other internal related Units (Pre-award, Post-award of national projects, Finances, HR, etc).
• Attendance at conferences, information sessions and meetings of interest.
  
  
  

• Higher education in Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing research grants funded from the European Commission.

• Experience in the Health sector.
• Experience managing coordinated projects.

• Autonomy and high degree of responsibility in the development of complex tasks.
