We’re currently looking for a visually creative, trend-aware Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing Team in Barcelona and elevate our brand’s digital presence. In this role, you’ll develop high-quality visual content, from social graphics to digital ads, that draws attention and drives engagement. You’ll work closely with teams, like marketing, branding, and content teams, to design on-brand visuals that are visually compelling and aligned with overall campaign goals.
The ideal candidate should be a good team player, detail-oriented, quick to adapt, with self-initiative, proactive and creative. If you’re excited about transforming ideas into powerful visuals that amplify our brand presence, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Create Engaging Visual Content: Design on-brand, eye-catching visuals across digital channels, including social media, email, and web, that captivate the audience and align with our goals.
- Stay Current with Visual Trends: Keep up with design trends, digital best practices, and platform-specific updates. Apply relevant trends to create visuals that feel fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate for Cohesive Brand Identity: Work with marketing and branding teams to ensure all visuals align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Optimize for Platform Requirements: Adapt designs to fit each platform’s unique requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes) while maintaining visual impact and brand consistency.
- Track and Improve Content Performance: Use performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of visual content. Make data-informed adjustments to maximize audience engagement.
- Adapt Visuals for Cross-Platform Use: Repurpose or adapt content across multiple channels (e.g., resizing for social platforms) to extend reach and maintain a unified brand look.
- Expertise in Platform-Specific Visual Content: Strong understanding of design best practices for various platforms (social media, web, ads).
- Creativity and Visual Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling visuals that communicate messages clearly and connect with audiences.
- Trend Awareness and Adaptability: Skilled at spotting visual trends and creatively adapting them to fit brand guidelines.
- Data-Informed Design: Ability to analyze performance data and adjust visuals based on what works best with the audience.
- Strong Design and Layout Skills: Proficiency in creating balanced, visually appealing designs that enhance brand presence.
- Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other tools for creating high-quality visuals.
- Rendering and animation tools.
