En ConfiARTE, consultora líder en headhunting, estamos seleccionando un/a Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para una destacada empresa del sector industrial con sede en Zamudio, Vizcaya. La persona seleccionada será responsable de implementar y supervisar las políticas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo dentro de un entorno altamente exigente.

Misión del puesto:

El/la profesional tendrá la responsabilidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa en materia de PRL, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad en la organización y asegurando condiciones óptimas en el entorno laboral.

Tareas

Funciones principales:

• Diseñar, ejecutar y supervisar los planes de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.


• Identificar y evaluar riesgos laborales, implementando medidas correctivas y preventivas.


• Realizar inspecciones de seguridad y proponer mejoras en los procedimientos internos.


• Coordinar y realizar formaciones en PRL dirigidas a los empleados.


• Investigar accidentes e incidentes laborales, elaborando informes con propuestas de mejora.


• Gestionar la documentación en materia de PRL y velar por el cumplimiento normativo.


• Actuar como interlocutor/a con organismos oficiales y participar en auditorías de seguridad.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Ciencias Ambientales o similar.


• Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.


• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en entornos industriales.


• Conocimiento actualizado de la normativa PRL.


• Capacidad para impartir formación y sensibilizar en materia de seguridad laboral.


• Habilidades en gestión documental y auditoría en seguridad y salud.


• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de gestión de PRL.


• Se valorará experiencia en implantación de sistemas de seguridad y salud laboral.

Perfil y requisitos

• Titulación universitaria en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Derecho, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en el área de RR. HH. gestionando equipos y liderando proyectos, preferentemente en entornos multinacionales, sector servicios o consultoría.
• Conocimientos avanzados en legislación laboral española, relaciones laborales y negociación colectiva.
• Dominio de herramientas digitales de gestión de talento, nóminas, evaluación y formación (SAP HR, Meta4, SuccessFactors o similar).
• Inglés alto (B2-C1) imprescindible. Se valorará un tercer idioma (francés o alemán).

• Strong Motion Graphics/ Graphic Design/ Typography skills required
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro + FCPX
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Media Encoder, After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop)
• Familiarity with broadcast finishing workflows (mix, color, VFX, conform, online)
• Familiarity working in a networked server environment
• Strong technical knowledge of codecs and transcoding practices
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with animation/ graphic design preferred
  
  

What You'll Do:

• You will be editing UGC-style videos in a variety of content formats
• Develop and execute thumb-stopping social media video edits, layer audio seamlessly and overlay text that drives key brand messaging
• Brainstorm inventive edits and hooks that drive engagement, leverage new formats
• Stay current on all social media platforms, ad offerings, content publishers, tools, trends, and best practices
• Be a creative collaborator: Have the ability to be the voice of the brand and the influencer to create content that is authentic and powerful for all channels
• Be comfortable using video editing software, editing audio, and taking editing direction, while working in a fast pace environment
• Provide accessible content that includes closed captioning, voiceover, and overlay text in a variety of aspect ratios
• Setting up projects for edit staff
• Ingesting and logging footage
• Working in tandem with edit staff to meet deadlines
• Editing lower-level projects
• Maintaining media storage (hard drives, servers, GDrive)
• Mastering deliverables and archiving projects
• Assisting senior staff with edit and administrative needs
• Versioning various aspect ratios of completed edits
• Maintaining all software and assets (Mac OSX, server operating system, frame.io, Vimeo, shared assets)
• Coordinating and troubleshooting edit equipment
• Reporting to the Post-Production Supervisor and Producers, the AE will upon request create high-quality video edits that will span various media platforms
• Performance creative editing (collaborating with the performance marketing team in reviewing ad analytics/performance)
