Tareas a realizar:
Among the languages, we need people with high proficiency/native fluency in a combination of several languages, including English and German.

Your main duties will be:
- Face-to-face and international customer service.
- Entering and updating data in internal systems.
- Preparing closings and administrative reports.
- Verifying documents.
- Managing bookings.
- Supporting general administrative tasks.
Professional Profile:
- Previous experience in administration, tourism or customer management.
- Advanced languages: high level/native in English and German.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Committed, responsible, organised and detail-oriented person.

Job Description
Our team is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Assistants for a receptive agency in Gran Canaria Airport who will work during Summer Season 2025.
As a transfer assistant you are the first person the client will meet and you should make sure everything is ready for them upon arrival. You will welcome them, provide them with all the details needed and walk with them to their transfer. Any queries they might have we should be able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.
Main responsabilities:
- Welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
- Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
- Report any changes/inconsistencies found to our main office.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English is a must, other languages like German will be a plus.
- Experience in a similar position will be valued.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Rotating shifts.
