Desde la Dirección Este, buscamos un/a persona de prácticas (h/m) con formación en Data Science o similar, para formarse y sumarse a nuestro equipo de Valencia.

🛠¿Cómo será tu día a día? Como refuerzo del aprendizaje, darás apoyo y aprenderás sobre las siguientes funciones:

• Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables y sostenibles.
• Análisis y preparación de datos.
• Detección de patrones y anomalías en bases de datos de ingeniería.
• Visualización y presentación de resultados.
• Extraer, consolidar y analizar los datos.
• Automatizar el análisis de archivos de control.
• Mejora de los flujos de trabajo.
• Aprender sobre el manejo de PowerBI, Jira.

• Formación en Data Science, Big Data, Data Analytics, Data Engineering o similar
• Disponibilidad para prácticas.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Fluent English and good German language skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process oriented thinking
• High attention to detail and a structured working style
• Solid understanding of IT systems, software development, and business processes
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Initial hands-on experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning projects gained through academic, personal, or professional work
• Knowledge of data analysis, data preparation, and model evaluation techniques
• Interest in AI-driven automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

What You Will Do

• Advise and support clients in the digitalization and automation of business processes
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions
• Analyze, prepare, and interpret structured and unstructured datasets
• Train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models for real-world applications
• Automate business and operational workflows using AI and automation technologies
• Support the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
• Develop innovative methods for processing and analyzing specialized data types
• Collaborate with experienced data scientists, software developers, and project managers on client projects
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies
• Create innovative AI-driven solutions to automate complex business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare technical documentation and project reports
