Funciones
- Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia establecida por Serendipia en las participadas asignadas asegurando la correcta bajada de la estrategia a la ejecución operativa.
- Implementar el sistema de gestión de Serendipia y asegurar su cumplimiento.
- Liderar la transformación y profesionalización de las empresas participadas.
- Impulsar iniciativas de eficiencia operativa y optimización de recursos en cada uno de los negocios.
- Resolver situaciones complejas y tomar decisiones difíciles en momentos críticos.
- Contratar mandos intermedios y directivos asegurando el correcto onboarding de los mismos.
- Ser el enlace entre Serendipia y la empresa participada.
- Proporcionar a Serendipia permanente reporting operacional y financiero de cada una de las empresas gestionadas.
- Trabajar en equipo con el personal de la empresa participada cubriendo todas las áreas del negocio (comercial, finanzas, operaciones, marketing, RR.HH, etc).
- Ser Administrador o Miembro del Consejo de Administración de empresas participadas bajo gestión.
- Revisar, validar y firmar documentación legal y societaria.
- Responsable último de los Estados Financieros de las filiales encomendadas.
- Elaborar reporting trimestral a inversores del portfolio asignado.
Formación y experiencia previa
- Grado en ADE, Finanzas,Económicas. Preferible Ingeniería + MBA/Máster en Finanzas.
- Mínimo de 4 y máximo de 8 años de experiencia en consultoría estratégica, Big4 o management consulting.
- Nivel alto de inglés.

- Diseñar y desplegar la estrategia integral de marca empleadora.

- Impulsar campañas digitales de atracción de talento junto a Talent Acquisition (RRSS, contenidos, campañas segmentadas y performance).

BD Advanced Patient Monitoring is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions that expands BD's portfolio of smart connected care solutions with its growing set of leading monitoring technologies, advanced AI-enabled clinical decision tools and robust innovation pipeline. BD Advanced Patient Monitoring's technologies are often used simultaneously with the BD Alaris™ Infusion System in the operating room or intensive care units. The combination of BD's new advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration by integrating combined company data sets and interoperability capabilities.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting opportunity assessment (SWOT, market research) and defining value propositions relevant to the key stakeholders
- Building a segmentation strategy and exploring the product positioning (customer journey map)
- Collaborating with regional & global supply chain to prepare the initial launch forecast
- Identifying and implementing tactical activity needed to drive sales opportunities & leads
- Initiating an awareness campaign to reach the target market during the pre-launch phase
- Supporting internal & external product training plans and creating a collateral strategy
- Ensuring all the tools are in place for the business to sell and support the product launch
- Maintaining a dashboard to track initial performance of the product launch and providing reports of the results
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or business-related areas. Master’s degree would be a plus.
- A first marketing experience working on business analytics would be preferred.
- Strong business acumen and project management skills, organisational ability, with a dynamic analytical approach.
- Capability to anticipate problems and provide innovative solutions to complex issues in specialised area, driving achievement of objectives.
- Analytical thinker, structured, proactive, action and results oriented.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), business intelligence. Analytics tools (e.g. QlikView, QlikSense) and SalesForce.com would be a plus.
- Detail-oriented, rigorous with an interest in organization of information.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Descripción del puesto
En este puesto de prácticas remuneradas en marketing digital en ITENE, contribuirás al diseño, implementación y análisis de estrategias y campañas de marketing digital.
Entre tus tareas diarias estarán la gestión de redes sociales, análisis de métricas, redacción de contenido optimizado para SEO y colaboración en campañas digitales. También ayudaras con el diseño y contenido del Boletín de Comunicación Interno y otros diseños corporativos. Tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar con diferentes departamentos para mejorar la presencia y visibilidad online y offline de la empresa.

- Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 8:00(9:30) a 17:00(18:30);Viernes de 8:00 a 14:30 (Flexibilidad horaria)
