Vacancy: iPaaS Specialist

Location: Almussafes, Valencia (on-site).


The mission of the iPaaS Specialist is to use analytical skills to design and implement automations and integrations in Workato, connecting and optimising processes between our internal platforms.


The tasks that the iPaaS Specialist will develop are the following ones:

*Design, configure, implement, and document recipes in Workato to connect and automate processes between Microsoft 365, SAP, Dropbox, BambooHR, and other corporate tools.
*Analyse business flows and propose efficiency-oriented improvements through automation.
*Manage API connections, authentications, data transformations, and webhooks.
*Monitor integrations, diagnose errors, and optimise performance.
*Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and convert them into scalable and reliable automations.
*Program Formulas iPaaS in Ruby.

What will you need as a successful iPaaS Specialist?

*BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject or Vocational Training related with IT.
*Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration concepts.
*Experience or knowledge of Ruby programming for transformations, scripts, and additional logic.
*Familiarity with corporate SaaS platforms: Microsoft 365, SAP, Dropbox, BambooHR.
*Desirable:
-Experience with Workato or similar integration tools: Zapier, Make, Boomi, Mulesoft, Tray.io, etc.
-Experience working with SAP web services, especially: SOAP, OData
*Intermediate level of English
*Excellent debugging, analytical, problem solving, and social skills.
