Whats in it for You?
- The Salary: A base salary starting between €1,200 and €1,500 gross/month, depending on your language and the project.
- 14 Months of Pay: In line with Greek labor laws, you will receive extra payments at Christmas, Easter, and for Summer vacations, totaling 14 salaries per year.
- Monthly Bonuses: Earn performance-based bonuses on top of your base salary to boost your monthly income.
- Full Equipment: We ship everything you need (PC, headset, etc.) directly to your doorstep in Greece.
- True Freedom: If you are already in Greece, you can work remotely from anywhere in the country.
We want to make your transition to Greece as smooth as possible:
- Flight Ticket: Your flight within the EU is covered.
- Airport Pickup: We will meet you at the airport and get you to your destination.
- Accommodation: 2 weeks of hotel stay while you settle in.
- Real Estate Support: We cover the agency fee to help you find your new home.
- C2 Level: Speakers of German, Dutch, French, Danish, Portuguese, Czech, Italian, or Spanish.
- English Skills: At least a B2 level for communication and training purposes.
- Legal Right to Work: You must hold an EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
- Availability: Ready to start soon and thrive in an international, supportive environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the end‑to‑end shipment process
- Coordinate with various stakeholders involved in shipment handling
- Orchestrate the overall flow of shipments to ensure seamless execution
- Provide value‑adding business solutions through strong process understanding
- Resolve customer and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach, preventing errors and ensuring continuous improvement
- Prepare and submit documentation accurately and on time
- Support cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives and contribute to customer retention
- Adhere to SOPs and IOPs during daily operations
- Identify process deviations and proactively communicate them
- Respond to inquiries promptly and escalate issues when required
- Maintain effective communication, including participation in client calls
- Record and report performance insights to support service improvements
- Collaborate with KCMs and the Commercial team to strengthen customer relationships
- Comply with customer‑specific SOPs and monitor related KPIs
- Execute reports and tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
- Experience in Logistics or related fields
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and French
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and passion for service excellence
- Results‑driven attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
