Project Manager Internacional
Desde nuestra consultora, buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor/a de Cuentas Internacionales para una sólida empresa de la industria manufacturera líder en su sector, ubicada en la zona de la Vega Baja (Alicante).
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de cuentas internacionales asignadas, principalmente en mercados europeos.
- Actuar como interlocutor/a principal con grandes clientes, distribuidores, tiendas, plataformas y centrales internacionales.
- Acompañar la relación comercial con clientes estratégicos, asegurando un servicio cercano, ágil y orientado a largo plazo.
- Realizar seguimiento de pedidos, cuentas, reclamaciones, incidencias y necesidades comerciales.
- Coordinar internamente la información entre cliente, departamento comercial, logística, administración y otros equipos implicados.
- Transmitir al cliente información actualizada sobre pedidos, estado de cuentas, condiciones comerciales y cualquier aspecto relevante de la operación.
- Preparar ofertas comerciales, documentación y comunicaciones necesarias para la gestión de clientes internacionales.
- Participar en la gestión de tenders, acuerdos marco o contratos comerciales de largo plazo.
- Supervisar el seguimiento de envíos y colaborar en la correcta facturación de las operaciones comerciales.
- Potenciar el vínculo con la cartera actual de clientes y detectar oportunidades de mejora o desarrollo dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
- Analizar y resolver incidencias con una actitud proactiva, organizada y orientada al cliente.
- Formación: Formación Media o Superior; se valorará muy positivamente contar con Máster o Postgrado en Comercio Internacional, Negociación, Ventas o MBA.
- Idiomas (Imprescindible): Inglés: Nivel fluido (C1).
- Experiencia: Experiencia demostrable de al menos 5 años en puestos similares dentro del área de gestión de cuentas internacionales B2B.
- Disponibilidad para viajar: Viajes puntuales a nivel internacional (aproximadamente una vez al trimestre).
- Conocimientos informáticos: Usuario avanzado del paquete Office. Valorable conocimiento en SAP Hana.
- Competencias soft: Organización y planificación, excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, flexibilidad, resiliencia y clara orientación al cliente.
- Proyecto estable: Incorporación directa a una empresa de referencia en plena expansión internacional.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial en las oficinas situadas con flexibilidad y posibilidad de teletrabajo combinado.
- Herramientas de trabajo: Ordenador portátil y teléfono móvil de empresa.

Mission
As the Project Manager for PLD Space, your mission is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of PLD Space’s projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate effective team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes to foster collaboration and drive results.
- Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project requirements.
