We're looking for an Opportunity Development Representative (ODR) to be part of the International team of Parking Guidance System (PGS) , a fast-paced, rapidly growing company recently recognized as the 12th fastest-growing company in Texas, US .

This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly global environment, connecting with colleagues and partners from across the world while helping us expand into new markets.What you'll doResearch and profile target accounts, identifying key stakeholders.Generate interest and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media.Develop and nurture leads, scheduling follow-up meetings for Sales reps.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive pipeline growth.Follow up on campaigns, provide feedback to leadership, and report activities in HubSpot.Build relationships with prospects and position PGS as a strategic partner.What we're looking forPrevious experience in Business Development or Sales Development is preferred.Bachelor's degree required.Fluency in English (mandatory) + at least one additional European language.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.What we offerCompetitive salary + performance bonusInternational exposure and the chance to work with a truly global teamOpportunities to travel and meet colleagues and partners worldwideCareer growth in a high-pace, award-winning companyLocationPreferably based in Vienna, or Barcelona , but remote candidates in Europe are welcome.
