Position Title: Pool & Beach Waiter

Position Overview

The Pool & Beach Waiter is far more than just an order taker—you are a host, a storyteller, and the heartbeat of the guest experience. As a key touchpoint for guests lounging on our beach beds, sofas, or cabanas, your energy, knowledge, and attention to detail help create unforgettable moments of relaxation, indulgence, and connection.

You know our menu and beverage offerings inside out and are always ready to recommend with confidence and flair. Beyond delivering food and drinks, you’re delivering ambiance, elegance, and the signature lifestyle of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium, attentive, and stylish food and beverage service in line with brand standards
• Guide guests through the full culinary and beverage experience, including daily specials and wine pairings
• Take ownership of a specific pool or beach section, offering highly personalized service to every guest
• Confidently take orders and handle billing and payments with accuracy and discretion
• Anticipate guest needs, offering proactive suggestions and responding promptly to requests
• Maintain a polished, elegant presence and deliver service with warmth, professionalism, and style
• Keep service stations and guest areas pristine, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Collaborate seamlessly with runners, kitchen, bar, hostesses, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in the setup, daily service, and closing procedures of your section
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and quality protocols are followed, including legal checks for alcohol service
• Address and resolve guest concerns with diplomacy and escalate issues when needed
• Share knowledge about the brand, our global locations, and upcoming seasonal events with confidence
• Participate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and daily service meetings
• Embody the energy and excellence of the brand at all times—on and off the floor
  
  

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktails; wine knowledge is a plus
• Ability to remain calm, efficient, and elegant in fast-paced service conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural talent for guest interaction
• High level of personal presentation and grooming
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable experiences
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or other languages (e.g., German) are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and long shifts during peak season
