• Visitas de campo y presencia on-site: Realizar visitas presenciales a estudios, hoteles, oficinas y puntos de venta para verificar cómo se está representando la marca/producto, recoger feedback directo y fortalecer relaciones con dueños y tomadores de decisión.
• Operaciones comerciales y reporting: Mantener la higiene del CRM, la documentación de cuentas y el reporting comercial. Entender el volumen de ventas, identificar clientes top, hacer seguimiento a la frecuencia de compra y mantener un seguimiento organizado y basado en datos.
  
  

Requisitos

• 2–4 años de experiencia en Business Development, Key Account Management o ventas B2B.
• Español nativo, inglés B2
• Preferiblemente proveniente del sector direct-to-consumer lifestyle brands con track record de venta demostrable cumplimiento de objetivos y cierre de negocios. No es necesario que la experiencia venga de la industria wellness perfiles de moda, joyería, diseño, PR/partnerships/eventos o retail premium también encajan bien, siempre que combinen sensibilidad hacia el producto premium, buena presencia y habilidad comercial.
• Base sólida en ventas con capacidad comprobada de gestionar relaciones con clientes.
• Habilidades numéricas/analíticas sólidas: cómodo entendiendo volumen de ventas, identificando clientes top, dando seguimiento a la frecuencia de compra y al cumplimiento de pedidos.
• Cómodo interactuando con clientes premium sabe cómo abordarlos, hablarles y escribirles de forma adecuada.
• Fuerte presentación personal y habilidades de comunicación, alineadas con una imagen de marca premium.
• Mentalidad self-starter y emprendedora, cómodo operando en un entorno startup.
• Pensamiento estratégico, capaz de ir más allá de la venta puntual.
• Cómodo usando IA y herramientas modernas para prospectar, preparar outreach y analizar datos..
