¿Cuál será tu misión?

• Dar soporte técnico presencial a los diferentes departamentos del hotel.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos informáticos.
• Coordinarte con el equipo IT corporativo y gestionar incidencias mediante ticketing.
• Formar a los usuarios en herramientas y buenas prácticas tecnológicas.
• Participar en proyectos de implantación y mejora de sistemas.
• Resolver incidencias relacionadas con Office 365, equipos, redes, Wi-Fi, impresoras, sistemas PMS, POS, IPTV y dispositivos de pago.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o experiencia equivalente.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en soporte IT, preferiblemente en hoteles o el sector hospitality.
• Conocimientos de Windows, macOS, redes TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, hardware y periféricos.
• Experiencia con sistemas PMS y POS será muy valorable.
• Nivel de inglés B2/C1.
• Persona resolutiva, proactiva, orientada al usuario y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Disponibilidad para adaptarse a los horarios de la operativa hotelera.
