Descripción del puesto Como Encargado de Obra en GRUPO MERINA, serás responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias en el sitio de construcción, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, estándares de calidad y normativas de seguridad. Funciones principales
- Preparación diaria de pedidos ecommerce: picking, embalaje, verificación y expediciones con diferentes transportistas.
- Uso de ordenador para gestión de pedidos, localización de productos e impresión de etiquetas.
- Recepción, registro y colocación de mercancía entrante.
- Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza del almacén.
- Apoyo básico en control de stock y gestión de incidencias logísticas sencillas.
Trabajamos con un alto volumen de pedidos y múltiples referencias, por lo que buscamos personas ágiles, cuidadosas y comprometidas con los tiempos de envío y la calidad del servicio.
Perfil buscado
- Experiencia previa en almacén, preferiblemente en entorno ecommerce.
- Manejo habitual de ordenador (entornos web / Windows).

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y mantener la atención al detalle.
- Tolerancia a tareas repetitivas sin perder precisión.
- Capacidad para mover cargas ocasionalmente (sacos de tierra).

Requisitos
- Licenciatura o Grado en Recursos Humanos o campos relacionados.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma semanal (zona: Andalucía Oriental + Madrid).
- Carnet de conducir.

proactive and detail-oriented Rentals Administrator
to join our
Short-Term Rentals team
in Marbella on a
half-time basis
Our offices are strategically located within the prestigious
Puente Romano resort
and in the heart of Marbella — the epicentre of luxury living and exclusivity in the region.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A highly organised professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail, capable of
supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of high-end short-term rental properties
, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both international clients and property owners.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in holiday rentals who is looking for a
part-time position
within a premium real estate environment.
Essential Requirements
Fluent in
Spanish and English
Valid
Category B driving licence
Proven experience in
short-term rental management or holiday lettings
Strong client-facing skills, with a service-oriented and problem-solving mindset
Ability To
Support check-ins and check-outs
Manage booking platforms
Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services
Valued Skills
Familiarity with major
rental platforms
Experience using
property or rental management software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently during
high season
