Grupo La Familia is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our fast-growing team in Marbella. You’ll be helping with client support for Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals, as well as assisting with general office duties and phone inquiries over time.
Tasks
Your tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries for Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals
- Managing incoming emails and providing timely responses to clients
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, organizing, and scheduling
- Handling basic client support and addressing requests or concerns
Requirements
Your profile:
✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish (a must)
➕ Bonus if you speak French or Dutch
✔️ Friendly, reliable, and hands-on
✔️ Good with people and comfortable on the phone
✔️ Strong email communication skills
✔️ Able to prioritize tasks and work independently

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en atención al cliente y familiaridad con plataformas de reservas como CoverManager o SevenRooms.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los clientes de forma cordial y profesional.
- Gestionar reservas, listas de espera y asignación de mesas a través de CoverManager, SevenRooms u otro sistema de gestión.
- Coordinar con el equipo de sala para asegurar un flujo ágil del servicio.
- Controlar los tiempos de rotación de mesas y prever disponibilidad.
- Mantener el área de recepción limpia, ordenada y presentable.
- Brindar información básica sobre el menú, promociones o tiempos de espera.
- Resolver inquietudes o canalizar quejas de manera profesional y amable.
- Experiencia previa como Hostess o en atención al cliente (mínimo 6 meses preferido).
- Conocimiento y manejo comprobable de CoverManager o SevenRooms.
- Excelente presentación y habilidades comunicativas.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo.
- Inglés básico/intermedio (según el perfil del restaurante).

The job of a Stock Manager is to support the boutique management and sales team with accurate inventory and ensuring that the flow of goods into and out of the boutique and after sales services are handled in an effective and optimized manner. You understand how to uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the ultimate CHANEL experience to the client. The position is expected to be highly organized and must have a strong attention to detail to ensure that all company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and corrections of inventories are being followed.

Participate In The Creation Of The CHANEL Experience
- Search for solutions to streamline the activity in the boutique and ensure collaboration with other areas of the boutique.
- Contribute to stock organisation.
- Develop a good knowledge of all product lines in the stock.
- Ensure proper management of incoming and outgoing flows of products, receipt of deliveries, verification of delivery notes, invoices and goods.
- Oversee the smooth progress of product transfers between boutiques and be the contact for external carriers.
- Participate in the organisation and follow-up of rotating inventories by product family and in the annual inventory.
- Manage quality returns, control credits and reminders, and set up quality control and inventory management.
- Participate in the deployment of innovative projects related to the inventory business. Listen to operational and business needs, know how to analyse and report improvement points and be proactive in action plans.
- Coordinate all activities and promote collaboration by ensuring the exchange of information.
- Ensure that the team has a good understanding and deployment of the Maison's strategy.
- Support the team in achieving objectives and ensure performance reviews and individual meetings.
- Ensure that the team masters internal procedures.
- Contribute to the planning of the shop's activities and resources (relay planning, time tracking, lunch breaks).
- Accompany and support the team in carrying out daily tasks.
- Develop and deliver reports.
