Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and consistency

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all bar stations are fully stocked with spirits, beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and essential tools before and during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the shift, in line with our brand’s hygiene and aesthetic standards
- Refill ice bins, juice stations, mixers, and bar tools proactively
- Assist bartenders in mise en place: cutting fruit, prepping syrups, arranging herbs, and setting up ingredients
- Collect and return used glassware from guest areas promptly, ensuring quick turnaround for reuse
- Keep bar counters, sinks, shelves, and tools sanitized and polished at all times
- Support trash disposal and recycling procedures according to SOPs
- Follow bar-specific opening, service, and closing checklists
- Respond to bartender requests with urgency to keep service flowing
- Refill non-alcoholic stations and maintain ice machines and coolers during operations
- Help organize and restock inventory in bar storage areas
- Uphold personal presentation and hygiene to brand standards

As a key link between the Purchase Manager, delivery personnel, internal departments, and storage facilities, you contribute directly to cost control, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest service. You bring strong attention to detail, a service-driven mindset, and a high level of organizational discipline to ensure that stock levels are accurate, disruptions are minimized, and the venue is consistently well-equipped and operating at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming deliveries and verify accuracy against purchase orders and quality standards.
- Maintain receiving logs, delivery reports, and invoice records in coordination with Finance and Purchasing.
- Organize and monitor storage areas (dry, cold, frozen) for proper labelling, rotation, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and Events teams to anticipate supply needs and usage.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations across all service areas (restaurant, beach, bar, cabanas)
- Act as the go-to leader on the floor, ensuring staff professionalism, presentation, and alignment with brand standards
- Monitor service flow and resolve any issues in real time to maintain a seamless guest journey
- Facilitate smooth communication between FOH teams, kitchen, bar, hostesses, runners, and security
- Lead service briefings, ensuring the team is informed about priorities, VIPs, special events, and menu changes
- Manage table assignments, rotation, and large party logistics during peak periods
- Enforce the execution of SOPs and guest experience protocols across all guest touchpoints
- Deliver real-time coaching and performance feedback to team members
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, verifying readiness and consistency at all service stations
- Maintain a visible, engaging presence with guests—checking in on tables and resolving concerns promptly
- Handle guest recovery situations with discretion, empathy, and professionalism
- Work closely with the General Manager and other department leads to achieve operational excellence
- Support and guide the performance of Chefs de Rang, runners, barbacks, hostesses, and other FOH staff
- Ensure the venue’s cleanliness, ambiance, and visual presentation are upheld throughout service
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members
- Track and report operational incidents or feedback to management for further action
- Foster a team culture based on positivity, collaboration, and high performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, including age verification and alcohol service regulations
- Represent the energy, values, and refinement of our brand in every guest and team interaction
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within high-end hospitality or lifestyle venues
- Strong people management and conflict-resolution skills
- Deep understanding of service standards and operational procedures
- Ability to lead under pressure with composure and clarity
- Charismatic and approachable with a natural sense of leadership
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident communicator with guests, colleagues, and senior leadership
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or German are a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations

Position Overview
For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Rang who is more than just a server — you are a host, a storyteller, and the heartbeat of the guest experience. You will deliver attentive, elegant, and high-energy service that reflects the unique spirit of the brand.
With a deep knowledge of our culinary offerings, signature cocktails, and wine pairings, you will guide guests through an exceptional dining experience filled with sharing, joy, and refined indulgence. Whether presenting a chef’s special or facilitating live cooking trolley service, you ensure every detail is polished and personal.
You are the essential link between the kitchen, bar, runners, host team, and management, ensuring communication flows smoothly and guests feel genuinely looked after. Even in a dynamic, high-volume environment, you remain calm, professional, and confident — a true ambassador of the brand and its lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized food and beverage service aligned with Nikki Beach Hospitality Group’s brand standards
- Confidently guide guests through the menu, including daily specials, shared plates, and pairing suggestions
- Take orders efficiently and accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding dishes, ingredients, cocktails, and wines
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver outstanding service
- Ensure the setup and cleanliness of stations and dining areas before, during, and after service
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, host team, and runners
- Process guest payments accurately, including handling of bills and tips
- Uphold hygiene, health & safety, and food handling regulations at all times
- Verify legal drinking age where applicable
- Attend daily briefings and participate in service training
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, escalating when necessary
- Represent the brand with confidence by sharing insight about the new project, the Nikki Beach group, and upcoming events
- Embody the project’s values of joy, sharing, excellence, and hospitality
- Proven experience in high-end restaurants, beach clubs, or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Confident, polished, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus
