Funciones:
Entre las funciones se incluyen,
-Gestionar la cartera actual de puntos de venta, asegurando un servicio de calidad y una relación sólida con los clientes.
-Abrir nuevos puntos de venta y establecer colaboraciones estratégicas para expandir el alcance comercial.
-Vender productos y servicios, además de gestionar incidencias de manera proactiva y eficiente.
-Presentar productos, novedades y acciones comerciales a los clientes con entusiasmo y profesionalismo.
Realizar el seguimiento de clientes y prospecciones para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Colocar publicidad y materiales informativos en los puntos de venta, además de actualizar el PLV no vigente.
Reportar diariamente las ventas y visitas realizadas, asegurando una comunicación fluida con el equipo.
Impulsar la presencia de la marca en el mercado, generando confianza y fidelidad entre los clientes y colaboradores.
Identificar tendencias del mercado y proponer estrategias innovadoras para optimizar los resultados.

Requisitos
Para ser considerado/a, se requiere,
Contar con Bachillerato o Formación Profesional.
Disponer de carnet de conducir y experiencia previa en ventas, atención al cliente y B2B.
Tener un conocimiento fluido del español, valorándose positivamente el dominio de otros idiomas.
Ser una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada a resultados, con habilidades para resolver problemas de manera eficaz.
Poseer experiencia en telecomunicaciones, especialmente en el canal prepago, será un plus.
Contar con el permiso B de conducción, ya que el trabajo se desarrolla de manera presencial.
Tener la capacidad de adaptarse a un entorno dinámico y trabajar en equipo de manera colaborativa.

En estos momentos, como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente, ubicado en Murcia, un/a Product Manager, especializado en la gestión de productos dentro del canal retail, con la capacidad de transformar conceptos en propuestas de valor diferenciadoras, alineadas con las tendencias del mercado y las expectativas del consumidor.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

• Análisis técnico: Interpretar y adaptar documentación de productos y lanzamientos al mercado.
• Control del ciclo de vida del producto.
• Comunicación con clientes y proveedores.
• Creación y adaptación de especificaciones de productos (análisis, compra, producto acabado).
• Establecer la dirección a largo plazo del producto, alineada con los objetivos de la empresa, investigando el mercado y las necesidades de los usuarios.
• Innovación: Colaborar estrechamente con Project manager para darle opciones de producto validas para desarrollo de PL/ MDD.
• Investigación de mercado Packaging: dar soporte a la demanda comercial con diferentes productos desarrollados para su lanzamiento inmediato. Coordinar la compra de materiales auxiliares con proveedores internacionales/nacionales para ejecutar el producto completo.
• Estandarizar catálogo con productos disponibles para su lanzamiento con costes y precios objetivo de mercado.
• Coordinación con diferentes departamentos de marketing, diseño, aprovisionamiento y comercial para garantizar una ejecución coherente y eficaz en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del producto.
  
  

REQUISITOS

• Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferentemente en la industria de la perfumería.
• Dominio del idioma inglés.
• Conocimientos de herramientas digitales como Adobe, office 365, CRM, Sap Bussines One.

• IoT - Ubuntu on embedded devices and/or edge servers, device management, and robotics
• Cloud - Ubuntu in public and private clouds, promoting automation frameworks, and including technologies such as Kubernetes, MAAS, and LXD
• Telco - Open source for Telco's including technologies and standards related to Core Network, RAN/vRAN, SoNIC, DENT, and SmartNICs
• Finance - Open source solutions for financial institutions including trading platforms, blockchain technologies, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven analytics

The role entails
