The Challenge

We are excited to announce that Ventrata is looking for a B2B Technical Support Specialist to help our clients with their issues. If you love problem-solving and are an excellent communicator, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Actively improve the customer experience;
• Work with clients and their employees to identify problems and advise on the solution;
• Recreate, troubleshoot and independently investigate reported issues;
• Collaborate with development teams, identify errors and report bugs via internal helpdesk;
• Master the support channels: Ventrata Chat, Slack and Helpdesk;
• Help with client onboarding and uploading data to our systems;
• Supporting internal teams with tasks beyond the job description;

¿Estás habituado a la gestión de equipos de trabajo en fincas de cultivo? ¿Tienes experiencia en la producción agrícola de tomate?

En estos momentos, como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a Encargado/a de Finca Agrícola para nuestro cliente ubicado en el área de Mazarrón (Murcia). La persona seleccionada se encargará de supervisar las operaciones diarias en la finca, asegurando la optimización de recursos, la calidad de la producción y el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS

• Supervisión diaria de las actividades en la finca, incluyendo siembra, mantenimiento y cosecha.
• Coordinación del equipo de trabajo en finca, asegurando una distribución eficaz de tareas.
• Implementación de prácticas agrícolas sostenibles y eficientes.
• Supervisión de la calidad de la producción y de los procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
• Gestión de inventarios y suministros necesarios para la producción.
• Elaboración de informes de producción y análisis de resultados.
• Servir de enlace con técnicos, agrónomos, proveedores y otras áreas de la empresa
  
  

REQUISITOS

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de supervisión en fincas agrícolas.
• Conocimientos en prácticas agrícolas modernas y sostenibles aplicadas a la producción de productos como tomate, pepino, judía.
• Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
• Competencias: organización, planificación, toma de decisiones y comunicación efectiva.
• Disponibilidad para residir en áreas cercanas a las instalaciones.
