 ¿Quiénes somos?

Desde Global Human Consultants, colaboramos con un grupo empresarial referente en el sector hotelero, con presencia nacional y ambiciosos planes de expansión. Actualmente, buscamos un/a Assistant de Dirección & RRHH, un rol clave para dar apoyo directo a la Dirección General en su sede de Marbella, con impacto transversal en áreas estratégicas, operativas y de RR.HH.

¿Qué harás?

Trabajarás directamente con la Dirección General, actuando como su mano derecha en la gestión del día a día, con enfoque en liberar carga operativa y administrativa, ayudando a optimizar procesos y permitiendo que la Dirección pueda centrarse en decisiones estratégicas.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

• Apoyo a Dirección en tareas ejecutivas y de planificación.

• Organización de eventos y ferias estratégicas.

• Elaboración de estudios de costes y análisis económico básico.

• Gestión documental y soporte administrativo.

• Coordinación con el área de RR.HH.

• Apoyo en la organización interna y seguimiento de objetivos.

• Preparación de presentaciones, informes y actas de reuniones.

• Seguimiento de tareas delegadas por Dirección.

• Coordinación con equipos internos y externos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Formación universitaria (ideal ADE, RRHH o similar).

• Nivel alto de inglés.

• Dominio de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas.

• Perfil organizado, autónomo, polivalente y resolutivo.

• Capacidad para asumir tareas diversas.

• Habilidad para sintetizar información y priorizar.

• Buena capacidad de comunicación.

• Interés por el desarrollo profesional y capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.

• Residencia en Marbella.

• Perfil con proyección y ganas de crecer.

Essential to be comfortable selling in-store and virtually through the use of technology.

Assist with daily store operations (not limited to inventory management, online fulfillment, visual merchandising).

Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service.

Ability to take initiative, build & maintain customer relationships and build personal book.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented focus.

Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Enjoy working in a team environment.

Able to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace.

Comfortable, knowledgeable using technology in sales environment.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays.
