En Este Rol, Usted Será Responsable, Entre Otros, De
- Recibir llamadas entrantes para un territorio asignado
- Tramitar devoluciones, tramitar cambios y cancelaciones.
- Recibir y procesar pedidos con precisión, solicitudes de consulta de productos, cotizaciones de precios, contratos, devoluciones y cancelaciones de manera oportuna y profesional.
- Tratar las quejas de los clientes (es decir, servicio al cliente, envío, transporte y recopilar información básica sobre problemas técnicos para los representantes de ventas)
- Recopilar información para los representantes de ventas según sea necesario.
- Puesto permanente en una empresa de renombre.

El candidato seleccionado cumplirá con las siguientes calificaciones:
- Experiencia en servicio directo al cliente en un puesto de mesa de pedidos
- Debe tener experiencia previa trabajando para una empresa de fabricación.
- Alta atención al detalle y excelente comunicación.
- La experiencia con SAP es un activo.
- Dominio de Microsoft Word y Excel.
- Debe tener excelentes comunicaciones verbales y escritas.

Se trata de un puesto de teleoperador/a de atención al cliente en el sector bancario en Valencia Capital.
El horario de las 26'25 horas semanales se distribuye lunes y martes en horario de 9h a 18h + días críticos (último día laborable del mes y los primeros 4 días laborables del mes) + 1 sábado o domingo al mes + festivos.
Además, recibirás una formación presencial, completamente remunerada, para poder realizar el trabajo y resolver todas las dudas que puedas tener.
Se trata de un trabajo presencial en las oficinas.
¿Qué necesitas para desarrollar este puesto?
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.
- Formación mínima requerida Bachiller, BUP, FP Grado Medio o similar.
- IMPRESCINDIBLE VALENCIANO nivel alto.
- Experiencia en atención al cliente.
Las funciones del puesto son:
- Recepción de llamadas para dar soporte a los usuarios.

About the role:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer Customer Service who will join to Quality department team to be part of the Customer Service, reporting directly to the Customer Service coordinator; this position is based at our manufacturing plant in Llinars del Valles (Valles Oriental).
As a Quality Engineer, you will:
Verify and control the claims coming from customers (OEM's).
You will work in a cross-department to solve problems and find solutions
You will support to QM for quality management in the relationship in front of the customer in particular referring to timing of answers and 8D documentation management.
You will use tools for problem solving and specific customer’s tools.
You will create and follow the customer incidents in a internal Data Base following the Web sites of Customers.
You will establish the communication channels with the customers via email or conference call for the exchange of information.
You will prepare the claim evolution of customers and parts based in the claims received.
You will prepare specific documents, evolution of ppm’s in cutomer side to Create the Process flow chart for the incoming parts.
You will introduce the customer claims related in the Data base and follow the answers.
You will verify of corrective actions introduction.
You will monitor the claimed parts in a proper reporting to our Management about the quality performance.
You will participate in the customer’s Audits at Production Line Plants.
You will support the SQA team.
