Arquitecto/a con más de 10 años de experiencia profesional y más de 5 años liderando equipos y coordinando proyectos arquitectónicos en distintas etapas, desde la fase conceptual hasta la ejecución y dirección de obra.
Especializado/a en el desarrollo de proyectos básicos y ejecutivos, con un enfoque constante en la calidad técnica, el cumplimiento de plazos y la optimización de recursos. Experiencia comprobada en la coordinación de equipos de diseño y consultores especializados, garantizando la integración eficaz entre disciplinas y la coherencia del proyecto con los objetivos del cliente.
Experto/a en la planificación estratégica, la innovación en procesos constructivos y la implementación de herramientas digitales para mejorar la eficiencia y precisión del trabajo colaborativo.
Dominio avanzado de AutoCAD y conocimientos sólidos en BIM, Revit, MS Project y otras herramientas aplicadas a la gestión y documentación técnica.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Creative Project Manager towards the Spanish & Benelux markets, based in Valencia. You need to be natively fluent in Spanish and Dutch, and have a professional level of English. The Creative Project Manager will oversee client projects from conception to completion on the Spanish and Benelux along with key projects on the U.S. market. Ensuring quality and timely delivery of creative marketing solutions. The role entails sales, our coordinating production team, maintaining client communication, and aligning project goals with client expectations. While the role is primarily office-based, some work-from-home flexibility is included.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills, project management skills, including planning, task delegation, and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in overseeing creative processes such as animation, film production, and paid ads.
Exceptional client communication and relationship management abilities.
Familiarity with tools for marketing, web development, and creative collaboration.
Fluency in Dutch and Spanish, along with a professional level English.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in hybrid and international environments.
Experience in marketing agencies or the creative industry will be highly regarded.

Mission
As the Project Manager for PLD Space, your mission is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of PLD Space’s projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Facilitate effective team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes to foster collaboration and drive results.
