La misión
Buscamos un/a Director/a de Expansión que ayude a crecer el modelo de negocio (captación de nuevos socios/puntos de venta) y impulsar la estrategia comercial de la cooperativa y su evolución hacia un modelo más proactivo. Entre sus principales responsabilidades:
- Diseñar e implantar un plan comercial integral orientado al incremento de la actividad y volumen de compras de los socios actuales.
- Desarrollar procesos y metodologías de fidelización, asegurando un acompañamiento continuo, visitas periódicas y seguimiento individualizado.
- Liderar la captación de nuevos clientes y puntos de venta, garantizando una expansión sostenible y ordenada.
- Definir indicadores y objetivos claros y coordinarlos con los distintos departamentos internos (compras, logística, informática).
- Analizar y dimensionar el equipo comercial necesario en función de los resultados y la evolución del plan.
Reportará directamente a la Dirección General, con un papel clave en la estrategia de negocio de la cooperativa.
Lo que buscamos
- Experiencia consolidada en dirección comercial, desarrollo de negocio o dirección de marketing en sectores como: Centrales de compra o distribución asociada, cooperativas agroalimentarias o de distribución, redes de franquicias, concesionarios o grupos de distribución B2B.
- Conocimiento de modelos donde el cliente actúa a la vez como socio o parte interesada.
- Capacidad para diseñar e implantar planes comerciales y de fidelización con impacto tangible en los resultados.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, visión estratégica y fuerte orientación a la ejecución.

Funciones:
- Prospección y captación proactiva de clientes.
- Creación, seguimiento y consolidación de una cartera propia.
- Implantación y desarrollo local de la presencia de la Compañía en la zona de influencia.
- Análisis del mercado local para la distribución de los productos aseguradores.
- Futura Dirección de oficina de Agencia.

Responsabilidades
- Garantizar elevados niveles de satisfacción del cliente conociendo todos los productos que se ofrecen y colaborando con los compañeros de trabajo para proporcionar un excelente servicio de ventas
- Proporcionar ventas, una excelente experiencia para el cliente y las expectativas operativas
- Mantener los objetivos personales y de productividad
- Logra conectar con todos los clientes realizando preguntas abiertas para evaluar las necesidades
- Capacidad para aprender y compartir los conocimientos sobre los productos y las tendencias para coincidir con las necesidades del cliente
- Se mantiene al tanto y conoce todos los productos y está al día con las tendencias y productos actuales o futuros
- Contribuye a un entorno laboral positivo y de integración
- De cero a tres años de experiencia en tiendas
- Siente seguridad personal y le resulta cómodo relacionarse con los clientes para proporcionar una mejor experiencia
