En este momento, buscamos a un/a DevOps con experiencia previa en Azure, CI/CD y automatizaciones cloud para proyecto 100% en remoto desde España.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

- Más de 2 años de experiencia en entornos DevOps
- Nivel de inglés B2 - oral y escrito requerido (equipos internacionales)
- Experiencia en CI/CD avanzada
- Conocimientos de IaC
- Experiencia en Azure, contenedores y orquestaciones.

Entre tus funciones:

- Diseñar e implementar pipelines CI/CD escalables y seguros.
- Automatizar infraestructura y recursos en Azure mediante IaC.
- Gestionar contenedores, imágenes y despliegues en Kubernetes (AKS).
- Garantizar la seguridad en los procesos: secretos, escaneos y compliance.
- Implementar y mejorar estrategias de release management.
- Monitorizar rendimiento y optimizar entornos cloud y de ejecución.
- Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, QA e infraestructura.
- Proponer mejoras, documentar procesos y apoyar a perfiles junior si fuera necesario.
- Integrar pipelines con Informatica MDM cuando aplique.

En GP DIGITAL buscamos un Machine Learning Engineer (LLM Specialist) para importante cliente internacional en el ambito de la consultoria IT


Condiciones

* Contrato
* Modalidad: Híbrido (3 teletrabajo + 2 oficina) en Sevilla, Granada o Tarragona
* Lugar de trabajo: Andalucía (todas las provincias) o Tarragona y alrededores
* Horario: 9:00–18:00 con ±1h de flexibilidad;

viernes y 3 meses de verano jornada intensiva

¿Qué vas a hacer?

* Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar sistemas de IA de extremo a extremo, con un enfoque sólido en Modelos de Lenguaje Extensos (LLMs).

* Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para integrar soluciones de IA en sistemas y procesos existentes.
* Realizar investigaciones para explorar nuevas técnicas y tecnologías en IA y aprendizaje automático.
* Analizar grandes conjuntos de datos para identificar tendencias e insights que informen el desarrollo de modelos.
* Supervisar y mejorar continuamente el rendimiento de los modelos para garantizar precisión y eficiencia.
* Comunicar conceptos técnicos de manera efectiva tanto a públicos técnicos como no técnicos.

Requisitos imprescindibles

* Experiencia: Más de 8 años en total; más de 3 años de experiencia relevante en IA/ML. (LLMs).
* Educación: Grado en Ciencias de la Computación, Aprendizaje Automático o un campo relacionado.
* Excelentes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
* Dominio de Python y sólidas habilidades de programación.
* Experiencia práctica con LLMs y frameworks de IA: Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, así como frameworks RAG: LlamaIndex, LangChain.
* Experiencia práctica con frameworks de agentes como LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.

* Capacidad para integrar sistemas funcionales de IA con APIs, backends de baja latencia y despliegue en producción.
* Capacidad para comprender rápidamente nuevos conceptos de IA a partir de artículos y blogs, realizar experimentos y proponer mejoras en el sistema.


Deseable

* Experiencia trabajando con clústeres HPC distribuidos: Ray, Kubernetes, Docker.

* Experiencia en ajuste fino (fine-tuning) de LLMs/Embeddings para tareas específicas.
* Experiencia en la construcción y evaluación de sistemas RAG.

- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and scalable processing solutions using PySpark, Python, and SQL.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ETL processes, big data technologies, and modern analytics platforms, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust ETL pipelines to support data ingestion, transformation, and processing at scale.
- Build and maintain high-performance data models to support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives.
- Work with large-scale distributed systems and data lake architectures (Apache Hive, AWS S3, etc.).
- Ensure data quality through strong validation practices and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, clean, and reliable data to downstream consumers.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and align code to static analysis tools such as Sonar or Fortify.
- Work with BI tools and platforms (Databricks, Power BI, Starburst, etc.) to enable effective data visualization and insights.

Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in implementing ETL pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience working with Apache Spark.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Scala programming.
- 2+ years of experience with BI tools (Databricks, Power BI, Starburst, or similar).
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational database systems.
- Experience designing and implementing data models for enterprise use cases.
- Familiarity with data lakes and cloud-based storage environments (Apache Hive, AWS S3).
- Strong background in data validation, unit testing, and best practices for code quality.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience delivering high-quality code in production environments.
