Job Description

As a Scrum Master, your goal will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies, leveraging metrics to measure execution, identify inefficiencies in the team´s way of working, report product progress to senior management, and ensure the punctuality and quality of deliverables.

We need someone like you to help us in several areas:
- Maintain a Jira backlog in line with the Product Owner´s specifications, properly updated and aligned with the team.
- Identify and manage dependency tracking (both internal and third-party) based on business requirements.
- Identify and manage the unblocking of issues.
- Generate metrics.
- Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain product governance, ensuring the Product Owner, functional lead, and hierarchical lead in COO are informed about status, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate the global collection of requirements and product implementation.
- Collaborate with the product team in the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years´ experience in transactional banking.

Skills & Knowledge:
- English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
- Agile methodologies
- Transactional banking
- SWIFT messaging, ISO20022
- Basic programming knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
