Join AIRE Ancient Baths’ Leadership Program – Final destination: New York or Toronto!
Are you ready to dive into the world of wellness and luxury hospitality?
At AIRE Ancient Baths, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our 6–12 month Leadership Program in North America.
From day one, you’ll be immersed in the heart of our operations: rotating through core departments, receiving hands-on training, and growing alongside our Line Managers.
This immersive experience is designed to fast-track your leadership path in the world of luxury hospitality.

- Desirable: at least 6 months in a leadership role (e.g., Supervisor or Team Lead)
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce
Throughout the program, you'll rotate across key operational departments—gaining hands-on experience and training for leadership roles such as Supervisor, Manager on Duty (MOD), Department Manager, and eventually, Operations Manager.
Your journey begins with shadowing experienced leaders, followed by progressive hands-on responsibilities, leading to real leadership opportunities.
You’ll train across the following areas: Customer Experience (Links Department), Front Desk and Housekeeping
Final Phase: Immersion into Upper Management
In the final phase of the program, you'll gain exposure to the strategic and operational dynamics of upper management.
You’ll collaborate closely with Operations Managers and Directors, assisting in key areas of center performance while deepening your understanding of leadership at the highest level.
During This Phase, You Will
- Support the coordination of daily operations across departments, ensuring consistency and service excellence
- Assist in reviewing KPIs and identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Join leadership meetings and contribute to cross-departmental planning
- Observe how strategic decisions are made and implemented
- Learn about the financial, administrative, and operational pillars that sustain our centers
- Strengthen your leadership presence by working alongside senior leaders in real-time decision-making environments
AIRE Ancient Baths are temples devoted to creating the ultimate relaxation experience—spaces where time stands still. Inspired by the bathing traditions of ancient Roman, Greek, and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience takes place in restored historical buildings located in the heart of globally renowned cities.

El Rol
Tu principal responsabilidad será garantizar el bienestar y comodidad de nuestros clientes en la zona de vestuarios masculinos, proporcionándoles todo lo necesario para su estancia en AIRE.
En tu día a día, te encargarás de la limpieza y orden del vestuario y demás zonas comunes del centro; repasando las instalaciones en cada turno con el objetivo de mantener todas las áreas en un estado limpio y adecuado
En AIRE disponemos de una lavandería propia; cuando te corresponda por turno de trabajo, deberás gestionar la limpieza y secado de la indumentaria y apoyar en su reposición.
El equipo te integrará desde el primer día y te guiará en la adquisición de nuevos aprendizajes que te ayudarán a realizar tu trabajo de forma sencilla.
Perfil Requerido
- Experiencia previa en una posición similar dentro del sector hotelero, durante al menos 1 año.
- Pensamos en una persona discreta, amable y detallista, con una alta preocupación por la excelencia en atención al cliente.
- Flexibilidad y disponibilidad horaria.
- Se trabaja de lunes a domingo con 2 días de descanso a la semana.
- Vehículo propio (ya que no es posible acceder a las instalaciones en transporte público)
- Contrato indefinido 35h.
