ROLE DESCRIPTION:
For our local Alibaba.com office in Madrid we're looking for an Account Manager to support Spanish SMEs in their globalization and digitalization quest.
The candidate will:
- Manage relationship with sellers and propose tailored solutions
- Manage seller’s lifecycle from onboarding to maturity
- Provide technical trainings and become an expert of Alibaba.com
- Support sellers for troubleshooting and be the point of contact to technical teams
- Be the voice of customers to product teams to localize and optimize product, service and user experience
- Manage Key Accounts and help them achieve success on the platform
- Upsell advanced services and promote ads consumption on Alibaba.com
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Native Spanish, English fluency, Chinese fluency is a plus
- Experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
