What You´ll Do

• Graphic Design Support - Assist in the creation of visual assets such as print materials, social media graphics, presentations, event banners, and merchandising items.

• Social Media & Communication - Help develop content for social media platforms and support scheduling and publishing tasks.

• Marketing Coordination - Support the marketing team in day-to-day activities, including research, file organization, and maintaining communication tools.

• Brand Consistency - Help ensure that all materials align with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.

• Website & Admin Support - Assist in updating visuals for the website and organizing files on internal platforms like SharePoint.

What You´ll Need

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Fluent in English

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for public tenders, marketing, and sales to join our team at Destinus. The ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in copywriting and research, with a strong ability to craft compelling proposals and strategic documents. Experience with European project applications is a significant advantage, as is expertise in contract management legislation and public tendering processes within Europe. Responsibilities

• Drive the tendering process and present a competitive bid.
• Act as a project manager for the tender team, which can include several engineers and internal and external suppliers, and be driving cross-collaboration towards the completion of the offer
• Derive a technical solution matching customer requirement together with the engineering team.
• Tender and sales support responsibility for the full-service portfolio which spans
• Attending conference meetings, product presentations and negotiations with customers and provide technical support and clarification as needed
• Support and identify target cost and price and the winning strategy
• Keep track of the upcoming opportunities in the tender pipeline.
• Take ownership and deliver according to deadline.
• Communicating to different stakeholders both internal and external, global as local.
  
  

• Technical or business degree.
• Background in defense or aerospace.
• Tender work background or experience with export sales and commercial setups. Knowledge of the drone industry is a plus
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Manage Shipment Accuracy Track, record, and resolve shipment deviations, ensuring supplier non-conformance issues are logged and addressed
• Optimize Costs & Transparency Identify and capture exception expenses related to logistics and transport, ensuring accurate cost allocation
• Enhance Coordination Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability

What You'll Need

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
