We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teachers to join our dynamic international school community for occasional cover opportunities. You will support students and teachers during substitute assignments and may also accompany educational trips.
Joining our Cover Teacher Pool is a great way for you to experience ICS and for us to get to know you! Role Overview
As a School Trip Monitor, you will support teachers in overseeing students during educational and recreational trips. You will help ensure the safety, engagement, and enjoyment of all participants while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany and supervise groups of students on trips and activities.
- Assist teachers in maintaining discipline and safety protocols.
- Engage students in activities, ensuring their active participation and well-being.
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents following established procedures.
- Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and service providers during trips.
- Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Leisure Activity Monitor, Sports Coach, Educator, or similar role is preferred.
- Valid Certificate of Sexual Offenses Clearance (mandatory).
- Availability to work during school trips, which may include overnight stays and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic first-aid training is a plus.

Focused on content that drives enquiries and engagement. This is a senior role at the heart of a creative function being built for the long term.
About The Role
As Creative Lead, you will define the ideas, messaging, and creative direction behind everything we produce. You'll lead the creative thinking behind campaigns that drive enquiries, shape brand perception, and bring school stories to life across different markets. Working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, you'll translate school needs into clear, compelling creative concepts that scale across channels - and guide a team to deliver them.
What You'll Be Doing
Creative & Strategic Lead for campaigns
- Define creative concepts, messaging, and storytelling approaches for campaigns across multiple schools
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, high-impact creative ideas
- Develop key messages, hooks, and narratives for campaigns, videos, and digital content
- Lead the creative development process from brief to final output
- Work closely with the creative team to guide execution and maintain quality
- Ensure all output is aligned with brand positioning and admissions goals
- Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, markets, and school contexts
- Review and approve all content before delivery to ensure quality and alignment
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across every piece of content
- Use local and global data insights to drive school performance
- Apply third-party insights, competitive analysis, and trends to identify opportunities
- Work closely with the Project Lead to understand performance and continuously improve content effectiveness
Skills & Experience
- Skilled photographer and videographer - adept at editing and creating engaging content
- Keen eye for detail and design, with experience implementing brand guidelines
- Superb project management skills - able to mobilise efforts and launch successful initiatives
- Natural communicator - adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels
- Digitally savvy - able to contribute meaningfully across owned, earned, and paid media
