This is a part-time, on-site Admin and Operations Internship based in Madrid. The intern will assist with daily administrative tasks, including supporting operational processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication. Responsibilities include customer service support, handling logistics coordination, assisting in financial operations, and collaborating with the team in executing operational strategies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating processes and understanding operational data.
- Experience or willingness to learn administrative assistance tasks and operational processes.
- Basic knowledge of financial tasks and tools is a plus.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
