At Ricoh Spain, we continue strengthening our Digital Hub in EMEA and are looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist eager to grow in a dynamic, international, and results-driven environment.

You will be part of a key team within digital marketing, with direct impact on the business, leading the paid media strategy across the EMEA region and collaborating closely with marketing, analytics, and international stakeholders.

You will join a collaborative environment where innovation, data, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work, with visibility across EMEA projects and the opportunity to directly contribute to business growth.

What will you do?

In your day-to-day role, you will take full ownership of Paid Media campaigns (from creation to optimization), defining strategy, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results. You will also work with external agencies and contribute to reporting and business presentations.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience managing multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), with a strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Experience in B2B environments with long and complex decision-making cycles is key. A high level of English is essential to operate confidently in an international context, as you will use it daily.
