• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games and stories.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
  
  

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency level in English.
  
  

• A permanent part-time contract, to work in the afternoons.
• 16,5 hours per week.
• Schedule:
• - Monday to Thursday: 4:50 PM-8:30 PM
• - Fridays: 4:50 PM-7:30 PM
• Start date: September, 8th.
• Salary: 696,12€, from September 2025 to August 2026 (you'd get 11 payments regarding the 2025-2026 academic year, even though you'd teach from September 2025 to June 2026).

For our operations in Valencia, we’re looking for a Managing Director who thinks like an entrepreneur, not a manager. Someone who takes ownership, thinks commercially, and runs the business as if it were their own.

🚀 Your Role

• Drive growth: You make sure the space is full. With sharp commercial instincts and a proactive mindset, you attract new clients and build recurring revenue.
• Lead operations: You manage the team, ensure a high-quality experience, and keep everything running smoothly – from front desk to finance.
• Be the face of YOUNG: You represent the brand in the local ecosystem and build a strong network in the Valencia (and national) entrepreneurial scene.

• Develop and implement sales and growth strategies
• Lead and coach the team (hosts, marketing, operations)
• Maximize occupancy and customer satisfaction
• Build partnerships with local entrepreneurs, brands, and events
• Steer financial performance: revenue, cost control, and investments
• Maintain a top-notch coworking space, in look and functionality

• You’re entrepreneurial, hands-on, and committed to results
• You have experience in sales, business development, or operations (experience in coworking, real estate, or hospitality is a plus)
• You’re independent but thrive in a collaborative team environment
• You speak fluent Spanish and preferably English
• You have energy, drive, and love building something meaningful

Tu misión será…

Formarás parte del equipo de Expansión y colaborarás activamente en proyectos clave relacionados con la gestión de tiendas (PoS) a nivel global.

1. Leasing Management

• Apoyo en la gestión del portafolio de puntos de venta (PoS) y en los procesos de negociación de alquileres a nivel global.
• Colaboración en el seguimiento de planes de aperturas y cierres de tiendas.
• Soporte en la revisión de contratos junto con el equipo legal, asegurando que se alineen con los objetivos de la compañía.

2. Relación con Stakeholders

• Participar en la gestión de relaciones con propietarios, brokers y otros agentes clave del sector inmobiliario.
• Colaborar en negociaciones que impacten directamente en el crecimiento y presencia de la marca.

3. Desarrollo de Estrategia de Negocio

• Apoyo en la implementación de la estrategia de expansión según los objetivos de ventas y directrices comerciales.
• Realizar análisis económicos y financieros básicos para evaluar la viabilidad de nuevos proyectos.

4. Coordinación Interna

• Coordinar y dar soporte en la comunicación con otros departamentos como Retail, Finanzas, Legal y Wholesale.
• Compartir información relevante sobre nuevos proyectos y colaborar en la alineación de estrategias globales.

Eres la persona que estamos buscando si…

• Eres recién graduado/a en ADE, Economía, Derecho, Arquitectura, Ingeniería o una carrera afín.
• Te interesa el sector retail, el desarrollo de negocio y el real estate comercial.

• Graduated in: Telecommunication, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention or similar Bachelor degree.
• Master degree and extra-curricular achievements that reflect your proactive mentality and your ability to manage complex projects and balance priorities will be considered as an asset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages will be well considered.
• Availability to start in September/October 2025.
• We would like to see a trajectory that demonstrates you have the will to pursue your passions and accomplish your projects, as well as the capacity to dream big ideas and make them happen.
