Jumeirah Mallorca is located on a cliff and surrounded by pine forests looking over the fishing town of Port Soller. About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a F&B Attendant position to join Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages according to Jumeirah standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas in excellent condition, supporting daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
• Handle food, beverages, and service equipment responsibly, following hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and unobtrusive presence with guests and colleagues, embodying the company’s values.
  
  

About you:

T he ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment,
• Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional, able to provide a personalized and high-end guest experience.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a luxury setting.
