Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure paperwork is up-to-date
- Effectively communicate with clients in both Dutch and English
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Assist management with various projects and administrative needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve operational processes
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Willing to participate in a 3-month fully paid training program in Greece
