Darás soporte a diferentes responsables en labores de secretariado y administración, gestionando agenda, reuniones, reserva de salas, espacios externos, organizando viajes, apoyando en labores administrativas relacionadas con la facturación al cliente. Realizarás el archivo de documentación, tanto digital como física, entre otras tareas de índole administrativa.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

• Tienes formación en FP Superior en Administración y Finanzas o Asistencia a la Dirección.
• Tienes buenas habilidades comunicativas, eres proactivo/ a, tienes capacidad de trabajo, buenas habilidades organizativas y de planificación, eres resolutivo/ a.
• Tienes dominio del paquete office, nivel de inglés medio e ilusión por formarte como office assistant, desarrollando las habilidades necesarias del puesto con nosotros y con todas las herramientas que la empresa ponga a tu disposición.
