🏢 ¿Quiénes somos?Desde Zemsania, colaboramos con una compañía especializada en soluciones de negocio basadas en el ecosistema Microsoft Dynamics 365. Como partner certificado de Microsoft, su actividad se centra en el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones ERP (Business Central), CRM y plataformas de automatización como Power Platform.
Están desarrollando una solución sectorial propia, basada en tecnología 100% Cloud, orientada a empresas de sectores como la construcción, instalaciones técnicas o servicios tecnológicos. Para reforzar su equipo técnico, buscamos incorporar un/a Programador/a con experiencia en entornos ERP, idealmente Business Central, para participar en un proyecto estable y de largo recorrido.

💼 ¿Qué harás en esta posición?Formarás parte del equipo de desarrollo y colaborarás en:

La programación y personalización de soluciones basadas en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Desarrollo de funcionalidades específicas para distintos sectores (construcción, servicios, tecnología...).
Evolución de producto y colaboración en proyectos a medida.
Apoyo al diseño técnico y resolución de incidencias técnicas.
Posibilidad de trabajar con Power Platform, Power BI y otras herramientas del ecosistema Microsoft.
✅ Requisitos mínimos
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en programación de ERPs, preferiblemente Business Central.
Conocimiento en desarrollo de soluciones a medida sobre entornos de gestión empresarial.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, buena orientación al cliente y autonomía.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida.
Residencia en Galicia (preferencia por A Coruña), aunque se valorarán otras ubicaciones.

🌟 Se valorará
Experiencia directa en programación en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, C/AL).
Conocimiento o experiencia previa con Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps o Power Automate.
Haber trabajado en entornos cloud y con soluciones sectoriales.
Conocimientos funcionales sobre procesos de negocio.

Jornada intensiva en verano en julio y agosto,
Resto del año 39 horas semanales es con flexibilidad horaria
