Job Description
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agents who want to combine an international work experience with the opportunity to live and work in Greece. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a Work & Travel lifestyle while gaining valuable customer service experience in an international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Providing professional and friendly customer support

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. Tu misión principal será ofrecer servicios de atención al cliente y gestiones de back office para cubrir las necesidades de nuestro servicio.
- Confección de presupuestos.

- Gestión con taller para recogida de neumáticos excedentes.
- Tramitación de devoluciones de neumáticos.
- Manejo de diferentes programas de fabricantes, así como, el propio software de la empresa.
- Formación académica valorable: CFGM o CFGS Administración.
- Experiencia de 2 años en posiciones de teleoperador/a, agente de atención al cliente, contact center o similares.
- Buen conocimiento de Microsoft 365, principalmente Excel, Outlook y Teams.
- Se comunican de manera efectiva.
- Son capaces de relacionarse y trabajar en equipo.
- Son organizadas.
- Tienen una clara orientación a la calidad en el trabajo.
