Objetivo Del Puesto:

Responsable de la línea de servicio Property Magnamente y funciones de técnico de postventa para la promotora.

Responsabilidades:

• Captación de clientes, negociación y contratación de servicios.
• Soporte y comunicación con las necesidades de los clientes.
• Gestión de incidencias y solicitudes por parte del cliente.
• Control, coordinación y supervisión de subcontratas: tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo trimestral y /o anual de los Sistemas Contra Incendios, Baja Tensión, Climatización, Instalaciones Térmicas, CCTV etc. Visitas periódicas a las diferentes instalaciones y trato directo con el cliente para atender las cuestiones técnicas y mejorar las necesidades planteadas en cada caso.
• Presupuesto, ejecución, control técnico, seguimiento y organización de obras contratadas por el cliente, desde la oferta económica adjudicación hasta su entrega. Dirigir y/o supervisar los diferentes equipos de obra de los diferentes centros de trabajo supervisando sus trabajos y rendimientos, realizando a su vez las previsiones de producción de las diferentes obras, así como coordinarlo con los equipos de obra. Realizar visitas a las diferentes obras y propiedades realizando las gestiones oportunas para la correcta y continua ejecución de los trabajos contratados. Asistir a las reuniones convocadas, tanto por los responsables de empresa, como por las propiedades, direcciones de obra, asistencias técnicas y organismos oficiales.
• Petición de ofertas y ejecución de comparativos para contratación de unidades de obra, servicios y materiales. Realizar informes comparativos de las diferentes partidas para la adjudicación de los trabajos.
• Colaboración y supervisión de Proyectos de Ejecución e Ingeniería.
• Reunión con Direcciones Facultativas, Propiedad y Coordinadores de Seguridad para el seguimiento y buena marcha de las obras.
• Comprobación de mediciones de Proyectos.
• Gestionar todos los recursos necesarios, tanto personales como materiales, para llevar a cabo de forma eficaz y segura los trabajos encomendados.
• Revisión y chequeo de los activos entregados por la promotora. (Departamento de calidad)
• Control Económico de la cuenta de resultados. Consecución de cambios o modificaciones en los proyectos para conseguir aumentos del volumen en los servicios o disminución del coste de las mismas.
• Planificar y controlar los tiempos y costes para asegurar la rentabilidad del servicio.
• Cierre mensual de la producción del servicio.
• Control y registro de facturas para un correcto seguimiento del gasto.
• Cumplir y hacer cumplir las normativas y políticas de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio ambiente establecidas por la Empresa.

• Grado en Ingeniería relacionado con la edificación e instalaciones afines.
• Español e inglés nivel alto.

Requisitos

Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing o afines. Se valorará formación específica en seguros.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar dentro del sector asegurador.

Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de equipos de ventas y en la creación de estrategias comerciales.

Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y liderazgo.

Conocimiento profundo del mercado de seguros y de las normativas regulatorias.

Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

Con 30 gimnasios en Alemania y España y una expansión internacional imparable, buscamos un/a Expansion Manager con pasión, ambición y un marcado talento para la negociación que lidere el crecimiento de nuestra marca en España.

Funciones principales

• Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de expansión nacional de la compañía.
• Identificar oportunidades de mercado y zonas estratégicas para nuevas aperturas.
• Negociar contratos de arrendamiento y coordinar con agentes inmobiliarios y propietarios.
• Realizar estudios de viabilidad, valoración de costes de implantación y análisis de competencia.
• Coordinar con los equipos de operaciones, marketing, finanzas y RRHH para garantizar la correcta puesta en marcha de cada centro.
• Supervisar plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad en cada apertura.
• Representar a la empresa ante instituciones, franquiciados y socios estratégicos.

Requisitos

• Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Inmobiliaria o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en sectores de fitness, retail o franquicias.
• Inglés B2 o superior
• Valorable: Alemán B2 o superior.
• Conocimiento del mercado inmobiliario y de expansión en Canarias principalmente, valorable el resto de España y Península Ibérica.
• Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y visión estratégica.
• Alta capacidad analítica y ojo crítico para la valoración de proyectos.
• Flexibilidad y disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia.
• Se valorará nivel alto de inglés y/o otros idiomas.
