We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer with strong React skills to help us build, maintain, and improve responsive, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll join a collaborative, product-led team where clean code, thoughtful architecture, and user experience are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.
Your First 90 Days
- 30 days – Get familiar with our frontend stack, tools, and design systems. Understand team workflows, product goals, and development practices.
- 60 days – Start contributing to key product features. Write clean, modular, and testable code using React (hooks, functional components, state management). Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers.
- 90 days – Take ownership of feature delivery from planning to release. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and help shape our frontend architecture and component libraries.
- Build, maintain, and improve responsive UI components using React and JavaScript.
- Write clean, modular, and testable code following modern best practices (hooks, functional components, state management).
- Contribute to frontend architecture and component libraries to ensure consistency and reusability.
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/mockups into polished implementations.
- Work with backend engineers to define and consume APIs.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

You’ll report to an Engineering Team Lead and work alongside designers, backend engineers, and product managers. Our team is cross-functional, agile, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on user-centred design and maintainable code.

EL PROYECTO

Context And Mission
The System Tools and Advanced Runtimes (STAR) group is a computer system group that explores research crossing multiple layers of the system software stack, from OS, runtimes and low-level APIs to programming models, tools, and applications. We aim to improve the system software stack to support increasingly complex workloads such as traditional HPC, AI and Data Analytics on massively parallel HPC and Cloud platforms.
The STAR group offers a full-time position to work on reproducible software development and runtime system development for RISC-V platforms. We are looking for an engineer interested in low-level systems programming, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and open-source software ecosystems. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and automation of reproducible build environments, runtime system development and optimization. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented person eager to work at the intersection of hardware-software co-design, system software, and open infrastructure.

Sobre la posición:
Dentro del departamento del Data Squad, integrado en la Dir. Financiera, tendrás responsabilidad sobre las siguientes funciones:
- Gestión integral de datos del área actuarial/financiero: tratamiento de la información, garantía de calidad de la misma, cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios, etc.
- Gestión de información relativo a análisis de experiencia de las entidades (mortalidad/morbilidad, persistencia, etc)
- Documentación de los procesos de datos del área y homogeneización transversal (definición de informes internos, etc.)
- Capacidad de interacción e interrelación con los equipos de tecnología en un lenguaje común.
- integración de la estrategia de gobierno y calidad de datos.
- Coordinación con áreas técnicas, actuariales, contables y reporting para asegurar la coherencias de los datos.
- Orientación al detalle y pensamiento analítico, fundamentales para validar datos, detectar inconsistencias y proponer mejoras en procesos complejos.
- Representante actuarial/financiera en la gestión de proyectos de datos de la compañía:
- Data warehouse- Automatización de información actuarial, automatización de procesos de extracción de datos así como sus controles y reconciliación con terceras fuentes
- Homogeneización de informes comunes en la compañía (Business Intelligence)
- IFRS17- Requisitos de información de entrada y de salida de motores actuariales
- Mantenimiento, mejora y enriquecimiento de la información requerida en los reportes trimestrales al regulador local y al Grupo en Holanda.

- Grado/Licenciatura en Estadística, Matemáticas o Informática, preferiblemente.
- Valorable formación actuarial y/o conocimientos del negocio asegurador
- Manejo de SQL, Base de datos, valorable SAS.

- Valorable nivel alto de Inglés
- Al menos 4- 5 años de experiencia realizando funciones como analista de datos, siendo valorable especialmente la experiencia en compañía aseguradora.
