We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join the Corporate Finance area.
- Day-to-day transactions
- Posting of sales and purchase invoices
- Accounting tasks in the treasury area (recording bank entries, interest, customer collections, supplier payments, credit cards, taxes, loans, etc.)
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation and follow-up of collection management with customers.
- Supplier reconciliation.
- Reconciliation with the companies of the group (Cash Pooling).
- At least, equivalent to an FPI or FPII (accounting/administration area).
- Excellent English both in oral and in writing. Any other language is valued.
- High level of IT literacy (Navision, Dynamics) will be a plus.
- Experience in similar position is an asset.

Description:
Daily duties of the team:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call.
- Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
- Support the team in other markets as needed.
- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
- Support at customer events in the market.
- Support in market development and system adaptation.
- Native Spanish speaker
- High level of English
- Experience in SaaS company and ticket resolution
