For one of our key international Client, we have an express & exclusive mandate for an Interim HR Director & Social Relation based in Spain.
You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity.
This interim position is based in Madrid and will include various southern European countries.
To qualify for this opportunity, your experience must include 3 key assets : (1) based in Spain, (2) be fluent in both Spanish & English language, (3) expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.

Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M/W)
Direct report at HR Group level
Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams
In coordination with external legal advisors
Your main priorities include
Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within the Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes
Ensure the HR business à usual continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase
Deploy the new organization , to align both the country and the other European countries to the new business strategy
Interim Management mission : based Barcelona
Business mobility: within key cities in Spain
Starting date: asap, expected mid January ****
Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon the situation
Transformation : not an option at this stage, purely interim with focus on delivery the HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope

Profile
Expert in Spanish social & legal relations
Proven experience in restructuring
Expertise in BtoB sectors such as : specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply-chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent
Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters
Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies
Key skills
Hands-on, execution-driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset
Spanish native or fully fluent, fluent business level English
Agile within complex matrix organisations
Pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with

- Desarrollo y talento.
- Detectar y analizar las necesidades formativas por departamentos.
- Planificar, desarrollar e implantar el Plan de Formación y los planes de carrera de los empleados.
- Definir estrategias de formación: objetivos, contenidos, seguimiento, evaluación y calendario.
- Elaborar y actualizar el Plan de Acogida.
- Diseñar e implementar sistemas de evaluación del desempeño y de competencias.
- Elaborar planes de motivación (actividades lúdicas, flexibilidad horaria, reconocimientos, team building).
- Clima laboral y comunicación interna.
- Realizar encuestas de clima laboral y evaluar sus resultados.
- Definir acciones y planes contra el absentismo.
- Mejorar los flujos de comunicación interna (canales digitales, tablón de anuncios, dinámicas participativas).
- Reclutamiento y selección.
- Implementar políticas de atracción y selección de talento.
- Participar en el análisis y descripción de puestos junto con las áreas funcionales.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Formación: Grado/Licenciatura en Psicología, RRHH, ADE o similar.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en gestión de RRHH, con foco en formación, desarrollo y clima laboral.
- Orientación a las personas y al negocio.
- Habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Capacidad de planificación y organización.
- Innovación en políticas de motivación y desarrollo.
