NoOffer DescriptionWe are a research project named "Andrómeda" based in Complutense University of Madrid.The Andromeda Project aims to analyse and understand contemporary representations of ancient, medieval and modern myths in Madrid, Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Técnico de trabajos verticales - Rehabilitación de fachadas.

Responsabilidades

Ejecución de trabajos de albañilería en altura.

Aplicación de revestimientos y pinturas de fachada.

Instalación de sistemas de protección o elementos auxiliares según necesidades del proyecto.

Cumplimiento estricto de los protocolos de seguridad en altura.

Requisitos

Experiencia demostrable en reforma y mantenimiento de fachadas mediante técnicas de trabajo vertical.

Conocimientos sólidos de albañilería y pintura.

Formación en Trabajos Verticales.

Formación en PRL específica del oficio.

Acostumbrado a trabajar con sistemas anticaídas, EPIs y equipos de acceso mediante cuerda.

Se valorará carnet de conducir B y disponibilidad para desplazamientos.
