- Impulsar la expansión de nuestro negocio SAP en España.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Technical Architect / Integration Lead, defining the full technical blueprint for integrating three serialization systems into the client's ecosystem.

We're on the lookout for an energetic and creative Senior Communications Manager with experience in analyst relations (AR) to join our communications team. The ideal person for this role will drive communications strategy through the analyst relations channel in order to increase Canonical's visibility among industry influencers and shape market perception.

This role will involve close partnership with the Product Management function within the company, as well as the Alliances, Sales and Marketing teams, to communicate key product news and announcements and manage perception of Canonical and its range of products among analysts. This is a senior position and sits in the communications team reporting to the Director of Communications.

What your day will look like
- Prepare and execute analyst-focused communications plans for product announcements, new partnerships and other initiatives in line with our go-to-market strategy

Funciones del puesto
Serás el de responsable de liderar y gestionar proyectos de implementación y mejora de soluciones de Observabilidad (monitoring, logging y tracing, etc.) en algunos de nuestros clientes. Este rol requiere una combinación de sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos, conocimiento técnico de los principios de observabilidad y la capacidad de interactuar con equipos de Ingeniería de Software, Operaciones de TI, negocio, arquitectura y clientes.

La realización de ofertas proporcionando los requisitos y tiempos de la gestión del proyecto al responsable de cuenta o equipo comercial.
Gestión de proyectos con metodología Agile.
Coordinación del equipo que participa en cada proyecto hasta el pase a producción.
Preparar los informes de control y seguimiento de proyectos y realizar su presentación a los clientes, equipos, gestores de cuenta y dirección de la empresa.
Detección temprana de desviaciones entre lo presupuestado y el avance real. Presentación de propuestas para mitigar el impacto.
Liderar el proceso de aceptación por parte del cliente y traspaso del proyecto a los grupos de mantenimiento.
Este rol es crucial para asegurar que los sistemas y aplicaciones de nuestros clientes sean visibles, robustos y confiables, alineando las iniciativas técnicas con los objetivos de su negocio.
Requisitos
- Gestión de proyectos (seguimiento de tareas, tiempos, riesgos, etc.)
- Gestión de clientes (contacto principal, informes de estado y KPI, etc.)
- Habilidad para gestionar varios proyectos a la vez.
- Liderazgo y motivación
- Comunicación estratégica (ser el nexo de comunicación en los clientes entre equipo ejecutivo y equipo técnico)
- Gestión del tiempo y priorización
- Empatía
- Negociación y persuasión
- Resolución de problemas
- Conocimientos de monitorización y observabilidad (Zabbix, Datadog, Elastic, Dynatrace, etc.)
- Comprensión de arquitecturas de microservicios, entornos Cloud y on premises.
- Experiencia con prácticas SRE
- Conocimiento del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software
- Formación universitaria o de grado superior.
- Certificaciones necesarias o recomendables: PMP, Prince2, SCRUM
Trabajo en modalidad híbrida en Madrid.
Jornada flexible y reducida los viernes, así como en julio y agosto.
