You will translate complex science into actionable strategies, guide global engagements, and strengthen Let's Health's position as a trusted scientific and strategic advisor.You will also play a critical role in business growth, and innovation working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to evolve our Medical Affairs offering.
Key Responsibilities1.
Medical Affairs Strategy Design & PlanningCo-create and lead end-to-end Medical Affairs strategies aligned with brand, medical and functional plansDevelop structured strategic frameworks and playbooks translating scientific and business priorities into execution.Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment.2.
Insight Generation & Strategic IntegrationLead structured insight generation ecosystems (e.g., Advisory Boards, expert interactions, digital tools), ensuring robust and continuous insight collection.Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations directly informing brand and medical decision-making.3.
Evidence Translation & Field EnablementTranslate clinical and real-world evidence into actionable scientific narratives, data packages, and field toolkits.Enable in-field and global teams to deliver consistent, high-impact scientific engagement, bridging the gap between data and execution.Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (EFPIA and equivalents).4.
KOL Engagement & External Scientific LeadershipBuild and manage a global KOL ecosystem, fostering long-term, high-value scientific relationships.Represent Let's Health externally as senior scientific leader and trusted partner.5.
Congress & Scientific Events StrategyLead the strategic planning and execution of congresses, symposia, and scientific events, ensuring strong scientific positioningEnsure effective post-event insight capture, competitive intelligence, and dissemination to maximize strategic impact.6.
Scientific Education, Communication & Content ExcellenceOversee the development of high-quality scientific content and communication across formats.Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance, while driving innovation in scientific communication.7.
Training & Capability BuildingDesign and deliver medical training programs for internal teams and in-field roles.Equip teams with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities required to execute effectively and engage stakeholders with confidence.What You BringAdvanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD/MD preferred).
