Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Reus. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting and selling our unique jewelry pieces, and managing sales transactions. Additionally, the role involves training new team members and supporting sales management efforts to drive revenue growth.

• Proven Sales experience and ability to engage clients
• Training skills to support new team member development
• Sales Management capabilities to drive and optimize sales performance
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for jewelry
• Ability to work on-site in Reus
• Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus
