Job Title: Technical Lead – Backend Java
Location: Hybrid – A Coruña (Remote profiles with occasional presence in A Coruña will be considered)


Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Technical Lead to oversee backend development and lead engineering teams through technological transformations. This role requires deep expertise in Java and a proven track record as a technical leader, having transitioned from a senior developer role. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality code standards, implement best practices, and mentor development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend development initiatives, promoting clean architecture and scalable solutions.
Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Define and enforce code quality standards across the team.
Participate in architectural discussions and drive the evolution of backend systems.
Foster collaboration across departments and contribute to continuous technical improvement.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a technical leadership role after progressing from a senior Java developer position.
