Position Overview
Sanofi is seeking a Workday Talent Product Owner to join our new dynamic Global Digital P&C hub in Barcelona. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that support Sanofi's Talent Acquisition (around 20k hires a year) and Talent Management (performance, succession, talent pooling, ... for our 72k employees)
Context
Sanofi moved to Workday Talent (Talent Management and Recruiting) in 2016, since that time, we have been consistently innovating and adopting latest functionalities (Skills Cloud, latest Workday recruiting improvements, Career hub with gigs and mentors at scale, ...). As our HR Talent organization is modernizing its operating model, there is a strong appetite to rethink our Digital solutions and invest in new capabilities (CRM, Hirescored, Workday extend, revamp of current Workday design, skills based recruiting, paradox interview scheduling, external candidate assessment technologies...). It is an exciting time to join us as we reinvest in building a strong internal team, in Barcelona, who will support the global HR Talent organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, aligning with the overall People & Culture strategy
- Product Implementation: Lead new product implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals, stakeholder needs, and best practices in technology adoption
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, Digital, and business leaders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational needs
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to skills-based approaches, automation, and talent management technologies
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate product progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on jobs and skills technology, with a strong track record of implementing Workday Talent product (Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Optimization)
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data models used to store and automate workflows for talent acquisition, talent management
- Project Management: Experience with new product implementations, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Cómo te imaginamos
Muy como tú. En resumen:
- Como alguien a quien le interesa el diseño en todas sus formas. Ves diseño en todas partes.
- Llevas ya un tiempo en esto del diseño de productos digitales, unos 3 años como mínimo. Has trabajado en equipos junto a otras personas que se dedican a lo mismo y has colaborado con ellas desde ese Figma compartido hasta las sesiones de Design Critique.
- Te has sentado alguna vez al lado de un/a ingeniero/a y has pensado que os podríais entender y que lo que hace parece interesante.
- Tienes una opinión sobre los sistemas de diseño, aunque sea mala, e incluso has trabajado alguna vez con alguno de ellos.
- Para ti la diferencia entre UX, CX, IxD y UI es algo difusa, no te encasillas en ninguna de ellas y te mueves con comodidad de un lado para otro.
- Consideras la investigación para el diseño una parte fundamental de tu trabajo y seguramente has participado en algún que otro proceso de investigación de forma activa.
- Te gusta que las cosas respiren.
- Alguna vez, alguien con más conocimiento y experiencia que tú te ha hablado de los aspectos teóricos del color, la tipografía y la composición.
- Sabes lo que es el efecto del falso consenso y entiendes por qué es importante en tu trabajo.
Cosas que deberías saber antes de darle al botón
- En Lúcid no solo diseñamos productos digitales, la agencia nace hace 10 años como agencia de producto físico y con el tiempo ha incorporado el diseño de producto digital y por extensión el diseño de productos conectados. El núcleo de la agencia sigue siendo el producto industrial. Esto significa que como diseñadora o diseñador de producto digital en Lúcid vas a diseñar desde interfaces para lavadoras inteligentes hasta apps para reducir el uso de plástico en casa. Esto no es bueno ni malo por definición, va a depender de tus inquietudes y tus intereses.
- Las oficinas de Lúcid están ubicadas en el 22@ de Barcelona. Al menos tres días por semana todos trabajamos desde la oficina.
- El salario contemplado para la posición es de 30-36K€ brutos/anuales.
