Main Responsibilities
- Implement advanced machine learning and AI approaches to elucidate disease trajectories, identify patient subtypes, and define underdiagnosed conditions and unmet health needs
- Create frameworks for generating re-usable models and insights across big-data (EHRs, claims) and rich small data sets (clinical trials, imaging)
- Generate insights by merging diverse data streams including health, surveillance, trend data, sensor, and imaging information
- Apply a broad array of capabilities spanning machine learning, statistics, mathematics, modeling, and text-mining to extract insights and communicate findings across the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Units, Digital, R&D, Biostatistics, and IT to deliver cutting-edge analysis addressing key business questions
- Education: PhD in quantitative field such as Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics or related field with relevant experience; or Master's Degree with extensive related industry or academic experience
- Technical skills: Expertise in machine learning, statistical methodologies, and computational approaches for advanced analytics
- Experience: Background in applying data science techniques to healthcare or pharmaceutical data
- Soft skills: Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)

¿Te encuentras en búsqueda de un nuevo proyecto profesional? Desde el grupo Adecco, estamos seleccionando para una importante empresa del Sector farmacéutico en Barcelona como es SANOFI un responsable Planificador de Demanda, reportando al Socio Comercial de la Cadena de Suministro, es responsable de crear, supervisar, analizar y mejorar el pronóstico de demanda para la empresa, tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
Funciones:
-Comprometerse con la función de Cadena de Suministro para garantizar que los planes/objetivos estén alineados con los objetivos de la Función/Unidad de Negocio.
- Seguir las diferentes etapas del proceso de Ventas y Operaciones (S&OP) y Planificación Empresarial Integrada (IBP) o Planificación, Presupuestación y Pronóstico (PBF): Gestión de Producto, Revisiones de Demanda y Suministro, Conciliación Integrada y Revisión Empresarial de Gestión, preparando material relevante para facilitar la investigación y el debate.
- Realizar un seguimiento y monitorizar los KPI del Cuadro de Mando de la Cadena de Suministro.- Interactuar globalmente y coordinar los diferentes canales de comunicación con las áreas adyacentes, como los equipos Industrial, DRP, Logística, Finanzas, Calidad y Comercial.-Informar oportunamente a la organización cuando los niveles de inventario, las entregas salientes o la atención al cliente estén en riesgo.
-Introducir y modificar datos en el/los software/s de Planificación de la Demanda, garantizando su integridad bajo la responsabilidad del mercado.
-Asegurar la disponibilidad de productos a nivel de mercado y evaluar los niveles de inventario en el almacén.- Informar proactivamente a la organización sobre riesgos de inventario y alertas, con el plan de acción correspondiente-Mitigar el riesgo de suministro con alternativas (como medicamentos extranjeros) para garantizar la continuidad del tratamiento de nuestros pacientes.
Requisitos
- Formación: Grado universitario/ Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o un campo afín
-Experiencia al menos 2 años en gestión de la cadena de suministro, planificación de la demanda, gestión de inventarios o un puesto relacionado.
-Herramientas: conocimiento/ experiencia con SAP4HANA / Kinaxis / Herramientas de informes / Excel avanzado, plus Power BI.Obligatorio: Nivel AVANZADO inglés
¿Qué ofrecemos?
-Salario: 40.000€ brutos anuales. Según experiencia/formación.
- Horario: de 9 a 13.00 y de 13.30 a 18.00 de lunes a jueves, y los viernes de 8.00 a 14.00 con cierta flexibilidad de entrada y de salida
- Modalidad: Hibrido/2 días de teletrabajo (uno de los días de la semana que vaya a oficina tiene que ser lunes o viernes)
- Contrato: Temporal del 01/09/2025 a 30/08/2026

Our team and your role:
This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs will be part of the Barcelona Hub Talent Acquisition Team.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible for managing positions within one of the business units of Hub’s location in Barcelona, Spain.
Main Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi Barcelona Hub, your expertise in talent acquisition management, hiring strategies, service delivery and your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical to meet the Hub talent needs and drive business success.
- You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs in shaping the Recruitment Strategy for the assigned positions aligned with the Business and Talent Strategy.
- Managing E2E recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope, which includes working with the sourcing team, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates. Drive a strong talent assessment process to ensure delivery of the best talent.
- Proactively share the Talent and Market intelligence reports to stakeholders and then develop an effective hiring strategy accordingly.
- Own and lead the Talent Acquisition agenda for the assigned positions and ensure continuous improvement of quality of hires, time to hire with a strong focus on Hiring Managers and Candidate Experience.
- Work closely with local business P&C & TA Partners, stakeholders, talent management, communication, and procurement to ensure alignment, continuous improvement and understanding of recruitment operations. You will be a member of the Sanofi global TA Network and manage team.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with functional heads and key collaborators to ensure talent acquisition remains a key focus area in strategic planning.
- Support in creating Employee Value Proposition (EVP) relevant to the hub, in collaboration with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and hub employer branding team.
- You will work closely with Country Talent Management team to ensure that we have a holistic view of the best available internal and external talent.
- You will bring in a “data driven approach” and showcase ROI through impactful metrics and maintain data compliance across TA systems and tools (Workday, Job boards, social media etc).
As a company, we have identified our “Sanofi Hubs” as a key investment area. In this role, you can come in and Manage Talent Acquisition for entire recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope of Barcelona Hub.
You Will Bring In
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition role, with strong focus on local employment market dynamics, with bachelor’s degree
- Experience of GBS (Global Business Services) organizations is a strong plus
- Subject matter expert and innovator in talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing/insourcing
- Experience in designing, implementing, and running TA projects across businesses and geographies.
- Good knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, assessment and selection, recruitment marketing / Employer Brand activation and Talent Intelligence
- Good Project Management skills and ability to drive results, demonstrating a strong presence as a Trusted Advisor with an understanding of how strategic talent acquisition impacts the business.
