Main Responsibilities

• You'll lead multiple complex, interconnected projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives while maintaining governance, planning, and budget management.
• You'll develop comprehensive program roadmaps that connect interdependent projects, optimizing resources and maximizing business value across manufacturing, supply chain, and ERP systems.
• You'll build and manage high-performing teams, including vendor partnerships, ensuring the right expertise is available at the right time to deliver exceptional results.
• You'll influence senior stakeholders across the organization, leading executive-level reviews and driving strategic decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights.
• You'll establish robust governance frameworks that ensure project quality, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity requirements are met while managing risk effectively.
• You'll drive digital transformation by implementing innovative solutions that modernize business processes and leverage AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• You'll ensure seamless transition to service management, guaranteeing stable applications that deliver sustainable business value long after implementation.
  
  

About You

• Experience: Strong track record leading complex SAP implementations and enterprise-wide digital transformation programs with demonstrated strategic impact
• Technical expertise: Advanced knowledge of program management methodologies, with the ability to adapt Waterfall and Agile approaches based on project requirements
• Leadership skills: Exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and manage vendor relationships with strategic vision
• Business acumen: Proven capability to align technology solutions with business objectives and demonstrate tangible value creation
• Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or related field; PMP certification is advantageous
• Languages: Fluent English required
