Importante empresa multinacional industrial, líder en su sector y con múltiples centros de producción en España, precisa incorporar un/a HR Business Partner para su planta ubicada en el área del Vallès Occidental.
En dependencia de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos, serás responsable de implementar la estrategia corporativa de RR. HH. en la planta bajo tu responsabilidad, asegurando la correcta aplicación de las políticas del grupo y contribuyendo activamente al desarrollo del negocio y de las personas.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:
- Implementar la estrategia de RR. HH. en la planta, garantizando la correcta aplicación de políticas y procesos del grupo.
- Asesorar y apoyar a los responsables en todos los aspectos relativos a la gestión de personas (relaciones laborales, ausencias, evaluaciones)
- Supervisar y asegurar la correcta gestión de los aspectos administrativos de RR. HH. (nóminas, permisos, bajas)
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y las políticas internas.
- Coordinar los procesos de selección y contratación, asegurando el cumplimiento legal y una excelente experiencia para los candidatos.
- Gestionar la formación y el desarrollo de los empleados, identificando necesidades y promoviendo planes de crecimiento y evaluación del desempeño.
- Impulsar la comunicación interna y el compromiso de los equipos, liderando iniciativas de participación y mejora del clima laboral.
- Colaborar estrechamente con la dirección de la planta y el equipo corporativo de RR. HH., actuando como enlace estratégico entre el negocio y las personas.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
PERFIL BUSCADO:
- Titulación universitaria superior, preferentemente en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o similar. Se valorarán estudios de Máster o Posgrado en RR. HH.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares, preferiblemente en entornos industriales y con participación en procesos de negociación colectiva.
- Nivel de inglés fluido, tanto hablado como escrito.

As an SDR, you will be collaborating with our international team of 40 sales professionals located across Europe and the Americas, your primary responsibility will be connecting with clients globally and showcasing the value proposition of our AI business communications solution.

What you'll be doing:
- Reaching out to potential prospects within the CEE market via multiple channels: LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, video outreach, and offline initiatives.
- Qualifying prospects through consultative conversations using BANT criteria.
- Building and enriching the top of our sales funnel through outbound campaigns.
- Researching companies to identify the right contacts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Becoming a product expert on Preply Business and understanding our position in the competitive landscape.
- Keeping CRM data up-to-date and using insights to improve your outreach strategy.
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives to strategically target high-potential accounts.
- Scheduling discovery calls by following Preply's sales playbook, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
- Staying proactive with follow-ups, handling objections, and nurturing leads through the pipeline.
- Fluent English & Latvian.

Your Mission:

As a French-speaking Inside Sales Representative, youll connect with clients who share a passion for premium vehicles and provide them with exceptional service and guidance.
This role combines sales expertise and customer care in a dynamic, high-end environment perfect for those who love cars, style, and meaningful client relationships.
What Youll Do:
- Engage with French-speaking customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
- Present and promote premium automotive products with passion and professionalism.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market and brand offerings.
- Ensure each customer enjoys a personalized, high-quality experience.
- Fluent French and good English (spoken and written).
